 I signed up for the second swab test here, it has been pushed back until 3x. Waited 2 weeks longer but apparently never registered

It's been a long time ... from the first treatment here in 2016 until now there hasn't been any change. Hopefully in the future it will be better in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selama ini kontrol hamil enak-enak aja, gak pake ribet. Pernah sesekali di bikin bolak balik poli kia sama lab, karena misscom perihal pencatatan tgl antara bidan dengan orang lab, tapi masih di toleransi dan masih mau diproses sama orang labnya.
so far, control of pregnancy is just fine, not complicated. Once in a while he was made back and forth between the clinic and the lab, because there was a misscom regarding the recording of the date between the midwife and the lab person, but it was still tolerated and still wanted to be processed by the lab personnel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bru pertama dtg kesini, beda bgt sama pelayanan di puskesmas lain, disini antriannya sdh pake digital ya, daftar baru gak tulis formulir lg langsung di tulis sama staffnya, dan sdh pke komputer pula, antriannya jg gak terlalu byk krn ditangani dgn cepat, pelayanan nya jg lumayan ramah2, smg di pertahankan trs ya kualitas nya??
Bru first here, it's so different from the services at other health centers, here the queue is digital, the new register doesn't write the form again, it's written directly by the staff, and it's on the computer too, the queue isn't too much because it's handled quickly, the service also quite friendly, still the quality is maintained

Healthy for all of us, fast service, Sunday 9 January 22 yesterday because the Setu health center, the health center behind the KUA and the Serpong market health center were closed, I came here to the ER. There is a doctor on duty on Sundays. It's right behind the mosque, right?

Saya kesini untuk imunisasi anak saya yang baru lahir (imunisasi polio tetes / oral) karena info dari RS, vaksin tersebut hanya tersedia di Puskesmas.
Awalnya saya ragu, ngeliat review kok banyak yang ngeluh? Cuma ya karna kepaksa. Bismillah di coba.
Hari rabu saya mampir sebentar jam 11an. Puskesmas sudah sepi. Nanya ke satpam terkait prosedur kalau mau iminusasi. (Satpamnya yang agak tua). Dijawab dengan ramah dan sopan.
Untuk imunisasi jadwalnya hari rabu dan sabtu jam 10 sampai selesai. Dibatasi hanya 15 peserta (karena covid). Diharapkan peserta datang jam 9.30 agar dapat nomor antrian.
Hari sabtu, 12 september 2020 jam 9.30 saya sendirian ke puskesmas (bayi masih di rumah) buat ambil nomor antrian. Suasana sepi tapi beberapa ibu-ibu dan anaknya sudah ngumpul. Agak deg2an khawatir gak dapet nomer antrian. Dihitung pas datang sih ada 7 peserta. Ngumpul dulu, baru jam 9.45 di bagi nomer antrian. Syukur kebagian
Sebagai saran untuk peningkatan pelayanan. Sebaiknya yang datang awal segera diberi nomer antrian. 1st come, 1st serve.
Jam 10 istri, mertua dan bayi tiba. Bayi dan mertua langsung masuk ke ruang imunisasi. Sambil menunggu, istri saya sekalian berobat mata ke poli umum pakai bpjs luar daerah.
Imunisasi GRATIS, berobat mata + obatnya GRATIS (Kedatangan pertama, selanjutnya bayar 30k bagi peserta yg non bpjs atau pake bpjs tapi faskesnya bukan puskesmas rawabuntu).
5 stars for the Rawabuntu Puskesmas.
I am here to immunize my newborn child (polio immunization drops / oral) because information from the hospital, the vaccine is only available at the Puskesmas.
At first I was doubtful, looking at the reviews, how come many complained? It's just because it's forced. Bismillah, try it.
Wednesday I stopped by at 11 a.m. Puskesmas is deserted. Ask the security guard regarding procedures if you want iminusation. (The security guard is a bit old). Answered in a friendly and polite manner.
For immunization, the schedule is Wednesday and Saturday at 10 o'clock. Limited to only 15 participants (due to covid). It is hoped that participants will come at 9.30 to get the queue number.
Saturday, 12 September 2020 at 9.30 am alone to the puskesmas (baby is still at home) to take the queue number. The atmosphere is quiet but several mothers and their children have gathered. Somewhat nervous about not getting the queue number. There were 7 participants counted when they arrived. Get together first, only at 9:45 am to the queue number. Thank goodness
As a suggestion for service improvement. We recommend that those who arrive early are given a queue number. 1st come, 1st serve.
At 10 o'clock the wife, parents-in-law and baby arrived. Babies and in-laws go straight to the immunization room. While waiting, my wife also went to the general clinic using BPJs outside the region.
Immunization is FREE, eye treatment + medicine is FREE (First arrival, then pay 30k for participants who are not BPJS or use BPJS but the health facility is not a Rawabuntu Puskesmas).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sudah cukup modern, tidak konvensional. Namun karena pasiennya cukup banyak antrenya lumayan lama. Untuk peserta BPJS pengobatan gratis. Saya berobat telinga, bisa dapat rujukan ke spesialis THT karena di puskesmas ini tidak ada poli THT.
Poli yg tersedia: Umum, Gigi, ISPA
The service is quite modern, not conventional. However, because there are quite a lot of patients the queue is quite long. For BPJS participants, treatment is free. I received ear treatment, I was able to get a referral to an ENT specialist because there is no ENT clinic in this puskesmas.
