Saya datang ke puskesmas
Menanyakan masalah BPJS beda faskes bisa di gunakan atau tidak TP jawaban dokter inisial R...A dan nakes inisial S...I menjawab (tidak bisa di gunakan katannya harus pindah faskes dlu biar bisa di gunakan)
Karena ingin cepat di tangani
Saya minta pelayanan umum saja di karenakan untuk BPJS lagi off line pada tanggal 06 September 2021
Saat antiran di panggil istri saya hanya di tannya sakit apa....
Kenapa tidak di lakukan pemeriksaan pengecekan bagian yg sakit dan tensi atau sebagainnya Sampai istri saya yg bilang sendiri bahwa istri saya sudah berobat dan di kasih obat (....) Untuk masalah ginjal lalu istri saya dikasih obat antibiotik dan pereda nyeri.
Saat itu saya bergumam knp tidak dicek bagian yang sakit,atau pemeriksaan sejenisnya...
Di saat saya bertanya ke bagian infomasi perihal pengurusan BPJS
Istri saya sedang menunggu di ruang tunggu selang gak lama dokter inisial R....A keluar dengan entah perawat entah bidan inisial S...I
Dan berbicara di depan umum bilang "YA UDAH GAK USAH BEROBAT DISINI AJA BINGUNG AMAT....."
Jadi tolong jika ada yg berobat dan bertanya masalah apa pun tolong di jawab dengan baik sebagai mana etisnya seorang nakes melayani masyarakat nya dengan baik
Jangan sampai masalah ini terulang kepada pasien yg lain
KENAPA PASIEN BERTANNYA ITU WAJAR KARENA MEREKA TIDAK TAU MAKANNYA MEREKA BERTANNYA KEPADA DOKTER DAN PERAWAT YG ADA
MOHON MAAF SEBELUMNYA SAYA MENGUNGKAPKAN INI KARENA RASA KEKECEWAAN SAYA...

When the queue was called, my wife only asked what was wrong....
Why wasn't there an examination to check the part that hurts and tension or so on? Until my wife said herself that my wife had been treated and given medicine (...) For kidney problems then my wife was given antibiotics and pain relievers.
At that time I mumbled why I didn't check the sick part, or the like...
When I asked the information section about BPJS management
My wife was waiting in the waiting room, not long after the doctor initials R....A came out with either a nurse or a midwife with initials S...I
And speaking in public, he said "YES, YOU DON'T NEED TO TREAT HERE, DON'T BE VERY CONFUSED....."
So please if anyone is seeking treatment and asks any problems, please answer properly as it is ethical for a health worker to serve his community well

WHY PATIENTS ASK IT REASONABLE BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EAT THEY ASK THE DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE THERE
