Jam 9.00 WIB tadi saya ke puskesmas cuma untuk membuat surat keterangan sehat saja untuk keperluan melamar pekerjaan. Yg isinya hanya TB, BB, TENSI . Tapi alasannya karna KTP tidak sesuai dengan domisili, harus minta kepada RT dulu. Saya baru tau harus begini, sebelumnya saya pernah 2 kali di puskesmas berbeda tidak dimintakan hal tersebut. wasting time sekali harus bulak balik jadinya padahal berharap cepat selesai karna saya izin tidak bekerja di jam tersebut. Akhirnya saya ke puskesmas lain, dan akhirnya bisa *tidak harus membuat surat keterangan domisili* . Terimakasih sudah mempersulit ?

But the reason is because the ID card does not match the domicile, you have to ask the RT first. Wasting time once had to go back and forth even though I hoped it would be finished quickly because I was not allowed to work at that hour. Finally I went to another health center, and finally I was able to *no need to make a domicile certificate* . Thanks for making it difficult ?

Mungkin saya kurang teliti, untuk alamat saya sendiri, karana saya ngersa puskesmas lontar ini sangat dekat dg alamat domisili (kos), setelah ngantri lama bgt dan tiba2 si staff mjnta ktp dan minta alamat domisili yg ternyata di paseban, sistaf langsung bilang "yah mba harusnya ke paseban bukan kesini, ini kan kramat lontar, mba alamatnya paseban". Hmm mohon maaf mungkin masukan aja buat staf puskesmas mungkin ketika pendaftaran boleh dimnta ktpnya terlebih dahulu, biar ga bulak balik. Yah kalo alamatnya berbeda si staf nanti bisa ingetin sulusinya. Bukannya setelah lama menunggu berjam jam baru di mintain ktp baru dibilang salah. Dan mohon maaf juga mungkin lebih baik ada asas kerahasian pasien dan dokternya. Masa ada yg positif covid malah terang2an bilang ibu2 hasil PCR nya positif.

Well, if the address is different, the staff will be able to remember the solution later. It's not that after a long wait for hours, I was asked for an ID card and it was said to be wrong. And I'm sorry, maybe it's better if there is a patient and doctor confidentiality principle. When someone is positive for covid, they openly say the PCR results are positive.

Pelayanan nya sangat bagus dan semua pegawainya mulai dari pendaftaran di depan,dokter pemeriksaannya sampai selesai pengambilan obat sangat baik dan ramah.

Saya pernah minta surat sehat di kasih surat rujuk ke rs cipto, dulu pernah periksa polip terus udah uji lab dan sample sampai detik ini belum keluar hasilnya belum ada kabar di wa saya padahal saya pakai bpjs tingkat 2.yang diambil duitnya doang hasil nihil.

Dokternya tidak melayani dengan baik, tidak mau menjelaskan penyakit secara mendetail, tidak sopan dan ingin segera menyelesaikan pemeriksaan secepat cepatnya, sibuk bermain gadget tidak sama sekali memperhatikan pasien, bertanya kepada pasien seperti orang kesal. Tiap kali ditanya penyakit yg diderita kira2 apa, dokter tidak mau menjawab, alasan nya sudah saya resepkan obat, ditanya kegunaan obatnya untuk apa pun tidak mau repot menjelaskan, alasanya nanti dijelaskan farmasi. Ketika saya tidak puas dengan layanan nya dan minta rujukan tapi tidak mau merujuk, alasan nya masih bisa dia tangani, ditangani bagaimana??? Orang dokternya tidak sama sekali menjelaskan penyakit yang di derita apa, kalau begini ceritanya mending ke aplikasi hallo doc saja, diperiksa dokternya jg enggak. Dokter yg tidak sopan, tidak empati pada pasien, dan tidak punya attitude seperti ini mengapa masih dipekerjakan??? Puskesmasnya kotor dan banyak nyamuk, pegawainya pada ngumpul di resepsionis sibuk sendiri ngobrol dan main handphone, tempat duduk pendaftaran dipenuhi pegawai semua. Pelayanan nya sangat tidak baik. Sebaiknya jika ingin berobat cari puskesmas lain saja.

Kalau ada 0 bintang saya kasih 0 , pelayanan kesehatan terburuk nyesel saya bikin bpjs tingkat 2 faskes pertamanya di sini. Ingat tuhan akan mempersulit urusan orang yang mempersulit orang lain. Minta bikin surat rujuk baru dari dokter umum di situ ,malah minta surat rujuk yg lama yg dari situ padahal udah setahun itu suratnya, bilangnya prosedur padahal surat yang bikin dari dia dia juga . Kalo ga gegara vaksin ga mau gue konsul ke dokter melalui nakes lo lo pada

Public health center in Kramat, Senen, Central Jakarta. Not clean enough. Administration staff not friendly. They should improve their service for faster system.

I went to this puskesmas for request "surat keterangan sehat". The place are comfortable, clean and have complete facility. The staff are friendly and easy to access from main road.
