★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minta rujuk buat lahiran istri aja..kaya di persulit sama dokter iin..dy gk tau riwayat kehamilan istri saya..se enaknya kaya yang mempersulit minta rujukkan ke RS SENTOSA..buat apa saya bayar tiap bulan BPJS jika rujukkan aja di persulit oleh dokter IIN..
Ask for referrals for your wife's birth ... I'm in trouble with the doctor, right ... don't know the pregnancy history of my wife ... it's so rich that makes it difficult to ask for a visit to SENTOSA Hospital ... what do I pay BPJS every month if it is complicated by doctor IIN ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan kurang memuaskan,ada salah 1 petugas di pendaftaran yg ibu-ibu..cara bicaranya kurang ramah,sehingga saya sampai 2 x menegur beliau agar berbicara lebih ramah dan tenang
the service is not satisfactory, there is one officer at the registration who is a lady... the way of speaking is not friendly, so I have 2x reprimanded him to speak more friendly and calm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minta surat rujukan untuk vaksin karena ada penyakit bawaan malah dicuekin. sangat tidak membantu. ga pantes dikasih bintang sebetulnya.....
ask for a referral letter for the vaccine because there is a congenital disease instead of being ignored. very unhelpful. I really don't deserve a star....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, masa minta surat rujukan untuk k dr spesialis ga di kasih, sy punya komorbid jd hrs ada surat rekomendasi dr dokter yg bersangkutan untuk vaksin, pindah ajalah paskesnya pelayanan buruk ga propesional kaya orang kampung
Very bad service, when I asked for a referral letter for a specialist, I didn't give it, I have comorbidities so I have to have a recommendation letter from the doctor concerned for vaccines, just move, because the service is bad, unprofessional like a villager

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus & ramah. Saya kesini buat cabut & tambal gigi. Biayanya murah, padahal ga pake BPJS.
Saran saya jam 7 sudah kesini untuk mengambil nomor antrian. Soalnya suka antri. Kalau mulai buka nya jam setengah 8/ jam 8.
The service is good & friendly. I came here for tooth extraction & patching. The cost is cheap, even though it doesn't use BPJS.
My advice at 7 am here to get a queue number. The problem is like queuing. If it starts, it's open at half past 8/8.
