★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya saya merasa pelayanan disini cukup baik, tapi setelah kejadian hari ini saya mempertanyakan ada apa di puskesmas ini, saat ayah saya mau periksa darah jam 09.30, petugas bilang kepada ayah saya datang terlalu siang (kesiangan) dan tidak mau melayani, sedangkan tidak ada pengumuman atau sejenisnya, apalagi ayah saya sudah puasa untuk proses pengecekan darah tersebut, apa seperti ini cara menangani orang sakit..???
Previously I felt that the service here was quite good, but after today's incident I questioned what was happening at this puskesmas, when my father wanted to check blood at 09.30, the officer told my father to come too late (late) and did not want to serve, while there was no announcement or the like, moreover my father has been fasting for the blood checking process, is this how to deal with sick people ???

Karna domisili lumayan jauh tpi pilih faskes disini karna ikut suami tpi knp harus bentak2 klo utk kasih saran
hampir tidak mau terima saya meskipun sudah terdaftar sbgai peserta bpjs di kedoya utara untung bidan baik dan ramah
Saya sangat bnr2 kecewa dengan bapak yang ada di bagian pendaftaran mohon ada feedbacknya
Perasaan saya di kampung tidak pernah klinik sampe segitunya dan berani bentak2 meski pakai bpjs tolong utk ditanggapi kritik saya ini
