★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk dibagian cek tensi dan berat badan. Timbangan rusak dan alat tensi harus pasang/copot sendiri, dengan Pelayanan (Perempuan) yg buruk. Payah ?
very poor service in the blood pressure and weight check section. Scales are broken and blood pressure equipment must be installed / removed itself, with poor (female) service. Bad ?

Kesehatan perlu di jaga tp etika juga perlu
People know how to ask nicely.. the answer is very curt, sir.. can you answer nicely and slowly in tone.. definitely haven't had coffee yet..
Health needs to be taken care of but ethics is also necessary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya lambat tidak diprioritaskan terlebih dahulu ketika 30 menit sebelum mereka istirahat malah ditinggal ngbrl segala macem?
the service is slow not prioritized first when 30 minutes before they take a break they are left talking about all kinds of things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng tadi jm 10 ke poli anak, pas banget hujan gk berenti dari pagi, sepiiiii disana jadi cepet banget dilayaninnya 15 menit selesai. Pelayanannya juga ramah. Untuk tempat parkir cuma ada buat motor, klo bawa mobil ribet parkir pinggir jalan. Untuk bangunannya pada blentang blentong catnya banyak yg ngelupas & hitam2 dindingnya, gk enak dilihat.
Came earlier at 10 am to the children's poly, just right the rain didn't stop since morning, it was quiet there so the service was really fast, 15 minutes finished. The service is also friendly. For parking there is only for motorbikes, if you bring a car it is difficult to park on the roadside. As for the building, on a wide stretch, the paint is peeling and the walls are black, it's not good to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service i’ve ever got from health service. i just simply ask about bpjs and how to get reference to other hospital but the staff wasn’t give any help at all. since it was my first time there didn’t know the process but the staff already yelling at me at the start like cmon chill just simply tell me how to do it in informative way. they better fix their staffs atittude and be good with other patients.
