Lokasi dan bangunan baru yang cukup bersih dan rapih sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman dan lega. Melayani periksa umum,gigi,KIA,imunisasi,dll. Lokasi belakang polres kebumen/ depan bengkel resmi honda. Mungkin yang harus dibenahi alur keluar masuk kendaraan dan tempat parkir sepeda motornya agar lebih rapih dan nyaman bagi pengendara yang ingin masuk dan keluar.

Sabtu ternyata tutup lebih cepat (jam 10 sudah stop antrian). Pelayanan cepat (tergantung keluhan penyakit). Dari pendaftaran, pemeriksaan lalu tindakan. Bayarnya juga murah. Datang lebih pagi lebih nyaman
Saturday turned out to close early (10 hours already stopped the queue). Fast service (depending on complaints of illness). From registration, inspection to action. Pay is cheap too. Come early is more comfortable

Petugas kurang ramah, ruang praktek kosong tapi masih disuruh nunggu sampai 30 menit karena alasan dokumen belum masuk ternyata berkas tertutup kertas lain, pendaftaran harusnya jangan hanya 1 counter, tenaga medis bidan yang menangani saya masih bingung jenis obat suntik sehingga harus tanya kepada petugas lain.
The officers were not friendly, the practice room was empty but they were still told to wait for 30 minutes because the document had not been submitted, it turned out that the file was covered in other paper, registration should not only be 1 counter, the medical midwife who handled me was still confused about the type of injection drug so I had to ask another officer.

Pengalaman pribadi saat priksa disini pelayanan termasuk baik. Biaya priksa umum non bpjs saat itu periksa telinga bayar skitar 15ribuan Antriannya seringnya panjang, jadi kudu dtg pagi banget klo ngga pgn ngantri lama. Kursi ruang tunggu seringnya ngga memadai karena saking banyaknya pasien. Tempat parkir buat motor lumayan luas, ada petugasnya (ngga resmi).

#Prosedur pasien selama pandemi Covid 19: - mencuci tangan sebelum masuk puskesmas. - mengambil nomor antrian di depan pintu masuk sekaligus cek suhu badan. - masuk ke ruang tunggu dan mengatakan ke petugas keperluannya apa, pasien umum/bpjs - menunggu antrian pendaftaran dan konsultasi keluhan ke dokter - ke kasir untuk pembayaran - lalu ke apotek untuk ambil obat #Poli gigi sementara belum melayani pembersihan karang gigi/scalling selama pandemi. Untuk rincian tarif retribusi, jadwal dan jenis pelayanan ada di gambar. Semoga membantu.

Not friendly costumer service, I asked about Kua requirement, but really bad service.. Please fix it, because you is service to everyone when they need doctor and ect..
