★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di mohon dengan sangat untuk tidak hanya puskesmas Cipaku tapi puskesmas2 yg lain, karena saya datang jam 11:57 pelayanan sudah tutup di karenakan pasien sudah habis, tapi di google jam pelayan sampai jam 15:00. Apakah kalau pasien habis lgs main tutup saja? Bagaimana kalau ada yg datang setelah itu seperti saya. INI KAH YG DI NAMAKAN MELAYANI MASYARAKAT???? SEMUA PAJAK DAN BPJS YG TELAH SAYA DAN RAKYAT INDONESIA YG WAJIB DI BAYAR HANYA DAPAT PELAYANAN ASAL-ASALAN? JGN SALAHKAN KALAU IMAGE PEKERJA ATAU KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI BURUK DI MATA SAYA. JGN MAKAN GAJI BUTA BOS, HARUS NYA SEMUA ADA S O P NYA JGN SEENAK NYA SAJA UNTUK MELAYANI MASYARAKAT.......KALAU SAYA RASA SIH HARUS NYA SEMUA PEGAWAI NEGRI JUGA HARUS NYA DI BERI TARGET PENCAPAIAN SEPERTI TARGET PENJUALAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SWASTA AGAR KINERJA DAN PELAYANAN DAPAT MEMENUHI EKSPEKTASI MASYARAKAT DAN ADA SANKSI UNTUK PEGAWAI YG TIDAK MEMATUHI NYA JGN HANYA KARENA ANDA BERSTATUS PEGAWAI NEGRI ANDA JADI SEENAKNYA TANPA TAKUT AKAN DI PECAT APABILA MELAKUKAN KESALAHAN, MOHON KEPADA PEMERINTAH UNTUK MENERAPAKAN PELAYANAN SEPERTI KLINIK2 SWASTA YG SANGAT JAUH SEKALI PERBEDAAN PELAYANAN NYA , INGAT KAMI BAYAR PAJAK DAN BPJS BERHAK MENDAPAT PELAYANAN YG BAIK ........
 I sincerely ask not only Cipaku puskesmas but other health centers, because I arrived at 11:57 am the service was closed because the patient had run out, but on google the service hours were until 15:00. If the patient runs out of lgs, just close it? What if someone came after that like me. IS THIS IN THE NAME OF SERVING THE SOCIETY ???? ALL TAXES AND BPJS WHICH HAVE ME AND THE INDONESIAN PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED FOR PAY ONLY CAN ORIGINAL SERVICES? DON'T BLAME WHEN WORKER IMAGE OR STATE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IS BAD IN MY EYES. JGN EATING BLIND BOSS 'SALARY, HIS SHOULD ALL THERE HIS SOP. JGN AS IT IS TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mohon maaf saya liat memang banyak yg komplain tentang pelayanan perawat nya, banyak warga cipaku khusunya yg tidak puas dengan pelayanan perawat yg ada di puskesmas Cipaku, ternyata bukan hanya saya saja yg merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan nya atau bisa di bilang pelayanan nya buruk skali seperti blom pernah mendapatkan pendidikan keperawatan melayani orang sakit tidak ada dedikasi nya sekli sebagai perawat.bila teman" sklian merasakan perawat puskesmas Cipaku seperti ini terus, komplain saja langsung ke Dinkes kota Bogor agar di mutasi perawat nya agar warga cipaku bisa mendapatkan pelayanan yg lebih baik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan admistrasi nya kurang memuaskan, mit amit pada ketus, kemarin ibu saya datang buat cek golongan darah adik saya yang mau msuk SD, no urut 78, pas dipanggil ibu saya langsung ke administrasi nya dong buat daftar, tanya ke ibu2 yang tua di administrasi," Bu saya no 78", kata ibu tua itu nggk ada smbil melambaikan tangan, ibu sya nanya lagi tetep nggk ada, yaudah ibu saya nunggu lagi, 15 menit kemudian ibu saya tanya lagi ke admin laki-laki, ktanya no 78 udah di panggil daritadi, ibu sya protes, akhirny langsung di proses, cuma bagian administrasi nya paling males klo berobat
