 I am grateful that in my area there is a health center with doctors and staff there who are active in helping the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas pelayanan buruk ! Minta rujukan aja susahnya minta ampun. Harus debat dulu sama dokternya, dokternya nyolot tidak ada sopan santun. Tidak ada rasa bijaksana. Tidak bisa menjelaskan dengan baik. Tidak ramah. Keras kepala sekali padahal untuk apa kami punya BPJS kalau akses kerumah sakit saja banyak di batasi. Instansi pemerintah harusnya lebih baik jangan mentang2 kami berobat gratis .
Bad service center! Asking for a referral is hard to ask for forgiveness. You have to debate with the doctor first, the doctor is stubborn, there is no manners. No sense of wisdom. Can't explain well. Not friendly. Very stubborn even though why do we have BPJS if access to hospitals is much restricted. Government agencies should be better off not to give us free treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas Batutulis pelayanannya sangat buruk sekali, apa lagi tukang ngepel'y yg bisa mengatur no antian, yg datang pertama tidak kasih no antrian malahan orang2 yg dia kenal yg di kasih no antrian, pokoknya pelayannya sangat buruk sekali skrg, sy malah di suruh ke dokter pribadi aja kalau ga kebagian nomer antrian kannparah sekali,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya asal asalan, tukang ngepel di jadikan, pemberi no antrian orang yg pertama DTG malah di biarkan, malah orang2 terdekat sama dia yg dikasih nomer antrian, sy tegur malah saya di suruh periksa aja ke dokter gigi pribadi, sgt kacau sekali, yg saya sayangkan ini sudah terjadi pembiaran, sangat buruk sekali mgkn terparah di Bogor ini puskesmas!
The service is careless, the mop is used, the queue number for the first person to DTG is even left, even the closest people to him are given a queue number, I am reprimanded instead, I was ordered to check with a private dentist, it's very messy, which I love this has happened, it's very bad, maybe the worst thing in Bogor is the puskesmas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harusnya pemerintah kota bogor bijak dalam menengaskan seluruh rumah sakit di bogor jangan seperti ini kerja cuman mundar mandir dia orang kan berpendidikan gamau kan di sebut bodoh , ini itu orang sakit , percuma klinik balekambang di besar kalau pelayanannya kurang bagus jangan hanya uangnya aja di ambil ????tolonglah pihak rumah sakit lebih bersikap baik terhadap pasien yang sakit .
