★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru 1x kesini nganter adek periksa. Karyawan ramah, tempat bersih, kursi tunggu banyak.
Papan informasinya lengkap ya. Dan tidak pernah sepi pengunjung.
Estimasi waktu tunggu dari mulai daftar sampai dipanggil ke ruangan dokter sekitar 30menit sampai 90 menit tergantung kapan kita datang. Semakin pagi semakin baik.
Saya dan adek datang sebelum jam 9 dan dapat nomor antrian 52.
Untuk yg belum punya JKN gak usah khawatir karna disini tarifnya terjangkau sekali.

The information board is complete. And never empty of visitors.
The estimated waiting time from starting the list to being called to the doctor's office is around 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on when we arrive. The better the morning the better.
My sister and I arrived before 9 and got queue number 52.
For those who don't have JKN, you don't need to worry because here the tariff is very affordable.

Tidak sampai menunggu lama, langsung diminta masuk ruangan. Petugas di klinik juga sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan profesional dan cepat. Surat langsung diberikan saat itu juga setelah dicap dan ditandatangi dokter jaga. Dengan membayar Rp 10.500 sudah mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik dan bermanfaat.
Ruangan bersih dan wangi. Papan informasi diletakkan di tempat strategis supaya bisa dibaca secara jelas. Ruang tunggu lumayan luas dan terang. Secara keseluruhan, pelayanan, petugas, dan kebersihan tempat sangat baik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakes dan pegawai administrasinya sangat kurang ramah dengan pasien, terlalu santai-santai, terlihat membeda-bedakan pasien, tolong ini buat evaluasi agar tidak terjadi hal tidak mengenakkan seperti apa yang saya rasakan, semoga bisa lebih baik lagi dengan pasien.
The health workers and administrative staff are not very friendly with patients, too relaxed, seem to discriminate against patients, please evaluate this so that things don't happen as uncomfortable as what I feel, hopefully it can be better with patients.
