★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kata nya Layanan 24 jam,pada hari senin tanggal 4 maret 2019 Sekitar jam 00:15 malam ada sekitar kurang lebih 3 orang membutuhkan pertolongan,akan tetapi tidak di layani,dengan alasan tidak ada nya pelayan,sedangkan di situ tertulis jelas LAYANAN 24 JAM,rakyat miskin membutuhkan pertolongan kenapa di abaikan,Tempat seperti ini harus di lakukan sidak,karna pelayan tidak sesuai,dan kalo seperti itu sudah melanggar aturan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan untuk berobat dari mulai antre sampai terima obat sampai 4 jam itu kalo ga di tambah sama jam istirahat. Tunggu antre obat aja sampe 2 jam baru dapet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget dng pelayanan disini, dokter dan suster nya bukan bekerja malah santai ngobrol, dan itu juga kenapa di bedakan yg kalau memakai BPJS pelayanan kepada pasien tidak bagus. Beda dgn yg NON BPJS itu pelayanan nya selalu di Prioritaskan....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaya tai pegawai nya..gk sopan dan gak menghargai.. Sodara W berobat gk di priksa gk di apapun. Cuman nerima obat 1 aja gk pke plastik ataupun di beri tulisan aturan minum.. Sodara W cuman di kasih obat radang. Sedangkan sodara w radang tenggorokan di sertai batuk pilek (flu) panas deman dan pusing...tolong di pecat aja tuh pegawai tai.. Sodara W berobat tangal 31 agustus 2018 hari jumat jam 04.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau bisa penerimaan petugas kesehatan di puskesmas ini gak usah capek2 pakai jalur resmi. Cukup cari aja yang mau melayani tanpa pamrih, senyum nya lebar+ikhlas dan kata² nya kepada pasien sopan.
If possible, the admission of health workers at this puskesmas doesn't have to be tired using the official channels. Just look for those who are willing to serve unconditionally, with a big smile + sincere and polite words to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup kecewa dgn pelayanannya overall buruk bgt. Pertama x seumur hidup dibully dokter.
Lg demam sakit krn kebetulan dtg pas suhu normal dokternya gk percaya kl panas bgt sebelumnya pdhal udh mengeluh gk kuat smpe menggumam sangkaian panas, saya malah diledekin beli termometer, smpe berulang² sperti meledek. Itu kan panasnya menurut mba aja kita kan gtw disini suhu normal, tenggorokan jg gk merah, makanya beli termometer. Smpe menyinggung daerah saya. Beli ya termometer nya di citayem jg ada kok. Pdhal ini kunjungan ke 2 ke dokter tdinya RS Swasta dokternya ramah skli pdhal pake BPJS jg ini ke puskesmas malah ngeledek. Trus saya minta obat batuk krn ada sedikit batuk kl badan saya lg panas reaksinya jd batuk eh malah dikasih obat pilek. Trus katanya bsk periksa darah ya dan hrs istirahat total nah saya minta tlg buatkan surat dokter malah gk blh katanya bsk aja kl ke dokter lg. Sgt mengecewakan. Udh gt gk diarahin ke farmasi kertasnya kl mo ambil obat krn emang saya krg ngrti puskesmas akhirnya smpe nanya sndiri baru dpt obat. Donter di Farmasi nya yg baik skli smpe blg aturan td ksini dl ya mba biar dibuatkan obat dgn manis dan sopan. Oya dokternya jg smpe blg ini td byr gk di dpn? Yg ntah apa mksdnya apakah krn saya bkn pasien BPJS di daerah tersebut. Heran pelayanan masyarakat buruk skli.

Again, the fever was sick because coincidentally the temperature came when the temperature was normal, the doctor didn't believe it when it was so hot before, even though I complained it wasn't strong enough to mumble the thought it was hot, I was even teased to buy a thermometer, until it was repeated like being teased. It's hot, according to you, we think the temperature here is normal, the throat isn't red either, that's why I bought a thermometer. Smpe offending my area. Buy it, there's also a thermometer in Citayem. Even though this was the 2nd visit to the doctor, it was a private hospital, the doctor was friendly, even though he used BPJS, he went to the puskesmas instead of making fun of it. Then I asked for cough medicine because there was a little cough when my body was hot, the reaction became cough, but instead I was given cold medicine. Then he said he could check the blood and have to rest completely. So I asked him to write a doctor's letter, he couldn't even say he could go to the doctor again. Very disappointing. I haven't been directed to the paper pharmacy if you want to take medicine because I don't really understand the puskesmas, so I finally got to ask myself and then I got the medicine. The doctor at the pharmacy is good, until now the rules are here, madam, so that the medicine is made sweetly and politely. Oh yeah, the doctor has also arrived before this, is it not available in front? I don't know what that means, because I'm not a BPJS patient in the area. It's amazing how bad community service is.
