★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya ramai, cocok untuk dijadikan area basecamp. Cuma kalo jumat-minggu diatas jam 7 malam parkiran sangat padat. Mobil susah keluar masuk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya sangat strategis, Disana tersedia banyak jajanan atau makanan, kalau jam2x makan siang sangat ramai. Karena tidak jauh dari perkantoran dan usaha. Tidak jauh dari sana terdapat indo grosir, dimana kalau perlu berbelanja untuk keperluan rumah tangga serba ada (komplit). Untuk masalah parkiran dan keamanan sangat terjamin. Sebab tidak jauh dari lokasi terdapat Polres Jakarta pusat dan Polsek Kemayoran.
The place is very strategic, there are lots of snacks or food available, at lunchtime it is very crowded. Because it is not far from offices and businesses. Not far from there, there is an indo wholesaler, where if you need to shop for all-in-one household needs (complete). For parking and security issues are guaranteed. Because not far from the location there are the Central Jakarta Police and the Kemayoran Police.
