★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13/2/2021 tv saya di service tanpa ganti spareparts. Saat saya tanya di WA kena berapa, katanya nanti dikasih tau setelah di cek kerusakan. Pas dateng di service tanpa kaaih tau kerusakan langsung ditembak 475rb. OK, saya ikhlas karena TV nyala. Dan bapaknya bilang sebelum pulang garansi 1 bulan.
15/2/2021 tv kembali rusak tidak nyala. Seharian di wa di diemin padahal online tanpa jawaban.
Kalau anda berbisnis seperti ini, saya bs bayangkan bagaimana kelanjutan bisnis anda kedepamnya. Gpp 475rb melayang saya ikhlas. Tapi saya tidak ikhlas dengan sikap dan service anda sebagai yg menjanjikan. Buat pelajaran aja. Saya percaya pasti ada balasannya. Terima kasih.
13/2/2021 My TV was serviced without changing spare parts. When I asked WA how much it was hit, he said, he would later be told after checking for damage. When he arrived in service without knowing the damage was immediately shot 475 thousand. OK, I'm sincere because the TV is on. And the father said before going home 1 month warranty.
15/2/2021 the tv is broken again and does not turn on. Wa kept all day even though online without an answer.
If you do business like this, I can imagine how your business will continue in the future. Gpp 475 thousand I sincerely fly. But I am not sincere with your attitude and service as promising. Just write lessons. I believe there must be a reward. Thank you.
