Penjual sering kali berintonasi tinggi dan menjawab pertanyaan dengan ketus.
Ada 3 penjual disana, yang dimana bapak2 berusia lanjut semua. Semuanya sama2 berekspresi masam dan ketus.
Ketika saya baru datang, saya bertanya apakah ada yang readystok?
Dijawab “Maksudnya apa ya?”
Ya apalagi, ya Piala lah Pak, dalam hati saya.
Ketika saya menanyakan apakah bisa logonya ditempel, dijawab,
“Udah dikirim belum logo nya? Kirim aja logonya secepat mungkin.”
Saya bertanya lagi, apakah bisa desain nya saya lihat dulu, dijawab,
“Takutnya gak kelar, udah jam berapa ini. Gak bisa ganti2.” Seolah tidak mau menerima revisi/komplain.
Lalu saya tanya, jadi apapun hasilnya saya harus terima? Dijawab,
“Atau Mbak desain sendiri aja.”
Dan saya udah ditodong bayar diawal sebelum conversation makin membuat saya tidak nyaman, dengan kata2 : “ini bayar dulu dong.”
Awalnya saya coba maklum, karena kakek2, tapi lama2 saya sebagai pembeli sangat merasa TIDAK NYAMAN dan SAKIT HATI.
Semoga dapat lebih baik lagi.

There are 3 sellers there, all of which are elderly. All of them have the same expression sour and curt.
When I just arrived, I asked if there was any ready stock?
Answered "What do you mean?"
Yes, moreover, yes, it's a cup, sir, in my heart.
When I asked if the logo could be affixed, the answer was,
"Have you sent the logo yet? Just send the logo as soon as possible.”
I asked again, can I see the design first, I answered,
"I'm afraid it won't be finished, what time is it? Can't change." As if they don't want to accept revisions/complaints.
Then I asked, so whatever the result I have to accept? answered,
"Or you can design it yourself."
And I was asked to pay at the beginning before the conversation made me even more uncomfortable, with the words: "pay this first, please."
At first I tried to understand, because of my grandfather, but after a long time I as a buyer felt very uncomfortable and hurt.
Hopefully it can be better.
