★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Td malam tgl 20-01-2022,naik bus murni jaya,no pintu 198.. sekitar jam 01.25 aku masuk k area smoking d samping sopir,tadinya memang sdh ada penumpang yg masuk dan duduk d area smoking,stelah penumpang itu kembali k kursi duduk smula ,aq masuk mau merokok,tp alangkah kecewa ketika sopir bilang,penumpang td aja suruh kmbali k tempat duduk smula ini kok malah masuk.. saya bilang k sopir aq mau merokok,tp saya jd TDK nyaman karena sdh d tegur duluan..maaf ngapain d kasih fasilitas area smoking kl penumpang masuk mau merokok kok masih d komentari SM sopir..Saya mulai naik bus murni jaya dr th 2018,tp mulai besok aq harus pindah k lain PO bus yg LBH ramah kru busnya..kecewa dgn kru yg aq anggap kurang ramah.
Last night, 20-01-2022, I took the Pure Jaya bus, door no. 198.. Around 01.25 I entered the smoking area beside the driver, previously there were already passengers who entered and sat in the smoking area, after the passenger returned to the seat I sat down first, I went in to smoke, but I was disappointed when the driver said, the passengers just didn't tell me to go back to the original seat, how come they came in... I told the driver I want to smoke, but I'm not comfortable because I've been reprimanded first.. Sorry, why are you giving smoking area facilities when a passenger wants to smoke, why is the SM driver still commenting on it.. I started taking the Pure Jaya bus from 2018, but starting tomorrow I have to move to another bus PO which is friendly to the bus crew.. disappointed with the crew which I consider unfriendly.
