★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya takut ingin upgrade ram dan ssd karena ratingnya jelek, tetapi setelah datang ke sana alhamdullilah tdk kenapa2 dan boleh melihat prosesnya langsung. Tetapi memang mas2nya kurang komunikatif ( jutek )

Tombol rusak dari cacat pabrik malah dibilang rusak pemakaian.. pdahal saya baru bawa setelah 2 minggu beli karena belum sempat keluar (jadwal padat) gak punya solusi teknisinya.. cuman rusak engsel tombol dibilang harus ganti 1 keyboard.. di bilang gabisa klaim garansi, harus bayar 550k. Akhirnya saya ke toko komputer sebelah dan bisa dibenerin walau tombol agak goyang..
It's bad.. bad service... The broken button from a factory defect is even said to be damaged in use.. even though I just brought it after 2 weeks of buying it because it hasn't had time to come out (scheduled) I don't have a technical solution.. it's just that the button hinges are said to have to replace 1 keyboard .. it says can't claim warranty, have to pay 550k. Finally I went to the computer shop next door and it was fixed even though the button was a bit wobbly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang paling pagi, masih sepi belom ada pelanggan. Cuma ganti batre aja lama banget sampe 3 jam. Gimana gak lama, yg servisnya dikit2 liat hp. Trus ga bisa debit. Ckckckc. Jadi udah servis nunggu lama, pegel, taunya harus ke atm jauh ambil duit cash. Padahal toko casing sebelah yg receh bayarnya cuma 20 rb aja bisa debit.
Came early in the morning, it was still quiet, there were no customers. Just changing the battery takes up to 3 hours. How can it not take long, the service is a little bit looking at the cellphone. Then it can't be debited. Ckckckc. So the service has been waiting for a long time, it's stiff, you know you have to go to an atm far away to get cash. Even though the casing shop next door, the one that costs money, only costs 20 thousand, you can debit it.

Saya tidak mengerti kenapa counter seperti ini menjadi service center untuk merek besar seperti HP & ACER. Pegawainya sama sekali tidak kompeten, berleha-leha, tidak ramah sama sekali (in addition no mask all the time). Saya kesini karena memang salah satu suggestion yang diberikan oleh website HP resmi. Keluhan saya itu adalah baterai yang harus diganti dan ternyata setelah 9 hari saya dapat kabar kalau memang tidak bisa dilakukan tindakan apapun (garansi habis). Dari store memang suggest untuk ganti baterai di counter mereka saja (tidak resmi).
Karena saya sudah tidak yakin dengan gelagat teknisi (pria, hanya satu2nya di sana) yang hanya bisa cek laptop (so basic, saya yang tidak mengerti komputer saja malah lebih bisa menunjukan dimana sebetulnya problem laptop saya sebelum dia menemukannya) jadi saya tidak mau ganti baterai di counter ini. Seminggu kemudian saya ambil laptop saya. Saya sudah bilang bahwa saya berikan bersama adaptor/charger nya, karena unit saya tidak mungkin bisa nyala tanpa itu. Saya waktu itu tidak memperhatikan invoice nya yang dituliskan (unit only). Setelah saya cek di rumah dan memang tidak ada, baru pegawai disana bilang memang ada adaptor/charger saya (itu pun harus saya chat dulu, tanpa inisiatif dari mereka). Sesampainya disana, saya sudah ragu akan diberikan adaptor yang memang saya miliki. Betul saja, sampai disana pegawainya (memakai kacamata, wanita, memakai jilbab) dengan sombongnya berkata, "disini adaptor yang ga ada namanya cuma itu. Ya berarti punya mbanya yang ini." Wow, sekali atas keramahannya. Teknisi hanya berkata, "ya, ambil aja yang itu." Tidak berdebat panjang, waste of time juga ya menghadapi orang seperti ini, saya pergi. Sudah terlalu banyak asumsi negatif yang saya pikirkan saat melihat mereka bekerja. Sangat disayangkan ini merupakan counter yang lumayan besar.
TOO MANY CONS :
- teknisi tidak kompeten, pegawai tidak ramah
- laptop hanya ditumpuk di rak dengan AMAT SANGAT TIDAK AMAN (beware LCD pecah dan semacamnya)
- mematok harga yang sangat tinggi untuk spare part (ditawarkan 950, padahal saya akhirnya -setelah komparisasi ganti di tempat lain dengan harga 550 ORIGINAL HP)
- [ASSUMPTION] karena semua barang hanya tergeletak, disatukan dan tidak ada 'special care' sama sekali karena laptop itu bukan barang yang murah, tidak ada jaminan mereka tidak menjual (co: Adaptor/Charger saya) ataupun sparepart yang lainnya
Saya rasa ini bukan lagi "pikir lagi deh kalau mau service atau beli sesuatu di tempat ini".
Tetapi langsung, JANGAN KESINI.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I don't understand why a counter like this is a service center for big brands like HP & ACER. The staff is completely incompetent, careless, not friendly at all (in addition to no mask all the time). I'm here because it's one of the suggestions given by the official HP website. My complaint was that the battery had to be replaced and it turned out that after 9 days I received news that no action could be taken (out of warranty). From the store, it was suggested to replace the battery at their counter (unofficial).
Because I'm not sure about the technician's behavior (male, the only one there) who can only check laptops (so basic, I don't understand computers even better to show where my laptop's problem is before he finds it) so I don't want to change the battery at this counter. A week later I took my laptop. I already said that I provided it with the adapter/charger, because my unit wouldn't be able to turn on without it. At that time I did not pay attention to the invoice that was written (unit only). After I checked at home and it wasn't there, the employee there said there was indeed my adapter/charger (I had to chat first, without their initiative). When I got there, I had doubts that I would be given an adapter that I did have. Sure enough, when they got there, the employee (wearing glasses, woman, wearing a headscarf) arrogantly said, "This adapter doesn't have a name, that's all. Yes, it means you have this lady." Wow, once for the hospitality. The technician just said, "Yeah, just take that one." Don't have a long debate, it's a waste of time to deal with people like this, I'm leaving. I had too many negative assumptions to think about when I saw them working. It's a shame this is a fairly large counter.
TOO MANY CONS:
- incompetent technicians, unfriendly employees
- laptops are just stacked on a shelf VERY VERY UNSAFE (beware LCD broke and such)
- set a very high price for spare parts (offered at 950, even though I ended up changing it at another place for 550 ORIGINAL HP)
- [ASSUMPTION] because all the items are just lying around, put together and there is no 'special care' at all because the laptop is not a cheap item, there is no guarantee that they don't sell (co: my adapter/charger) or other spare parts
I think this is no longer "think again if you want to service or buy something at this place".
But immediately, DON'T GO HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya saya bingung mau beli laptop kemana dengan harga yg sngt murah dan resmi, dan sy dapat recomend dr tmn saya awalnya gapercaya tp krna sy butuh banget laptop sy dtgin ktoko nya di wr.jambu. dan awalnya sy bingung si hrus milih spek sprti apa?hehe (Maklum org awam jd kurang ngerti laptop) hehe sampai sy ktoko melihat sales2 nya sangat aktif untuk menawarkan dan menjelaskan sangat detail spek yg saya butuhkn untuk kerjaa
. Dan tmn saya pun dtg untuk ke 3 kalinya untuk service krna tmn sayaa toko ini sangat amanah . pelayananya juga sangat oke dr yang ditanya kenapa krusakannya sampai solusi yg tmn saya dapat. Dr teknisinya juga baik ramah banget , dr pembayaran pun ga ribet si kalo mnurut saya dan admin yg sangat baik dan ramah juga.
Mereka prosfesional jika ada customer yang bertanya dan selalu dpt solusi yang baik buat customernya.
Kalo mnurut saya recomend bgt bangett bgtttt sii dr Harga yang paling murah, pelayanannya yg mmbuat sy puass bgt, dan kryawannya itu sangaatt murah senyum bangeet daan bergaransi resmii loh
Pokoknya kalian yang bingung bgt hrs beli laptop dmn? Dan service dmn? Lgsg dtg ketoko ini ajaa deh guyss . Pasti kejamin dan amanah jugaa. Ga bakal nyesel ko. Buqt toko ini sukses terus dan selalu maju yaa. Next saya bakal recomend juga ke tmn2 saya yg lain nya??????
Previously, I was confused about where to buy a laptop at a very cheap and official price, and I got a recommendation from a friend, I didn't believe it at first but because I really needed my laptop, I arrived at the store at wr.jambu. and at first I was confused what kind of specs should I choose? hehe (Understood that laypeople don't understand laptops) hehe until I saw that the salespeople were very active in offering and explaining in detail the specs I needed for work.
. And my friend also came for the 3rd time for service because my friend this shop is very trustworthy. the service is also very good, dr. who was asked why the damage came to the solution that my friend got. Dr. the technician is also very friendly, even from payment, it's not complicated in my opinion and the admin is very kind and friendly too.
They are professional if there are customers who ask and always get a good solution for the customer.
In my opinion, I really recommend it, dr. The price is the cheapest, the service makes me very satisfied, and the employees are very smiley and have an official guarantee.
Anyway, those of you who are really confused where to buy a laptop? And where's the service? Come on, just come to this shop, guys. Must be cruel and trustworthy too. I will not regret it. Buqt this shop continues to be successful and always goes forward. Next time I will also recommend it to my other friends??????
