This building is intended as the offices of UI's many student organization.
Car parking are spacy, tho it's cramped for the motorcycles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to gather or have a small meeting for students on the main floor. The atmosphere is not hot and the wind breeze and soothe your body (and soul, perhaps haha). There's a pond with fishes inside and of course you are not allowed to swim (or even drink it). And also, there is a drinking fountain and dispenser. It seems like the fountain is not working well but the dispenser still can put out some water slowly. I hope it will be repaired and it would be great if they add more this machine around the Pusgiwa. Oh yes, there are small canteens where you can buy foods and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place it self is good and wide, they have a lot of open space if you want to hold an semi outdoor event. I was there for an art exhibition and the place WAS GOOD bcs they have a lot of rooms that you can form into anything even an art exhibition.
