Agum arranged the shipping of the kayak from Jakarta to Lombok where I live which only took 6 days which was very fast. They use a good shipping company who I would also recommend. Before I purchased the kayak I was a little bit concerned about buying the kayak online & also about the transport to Lombok so I had many questions. But Agum answered all my questions via what's app within minutes & made me feel very comfortable about the purchase. The kayak was extremely well packaged & arrived in perfect condition. I went for a paddle this morning. It's a great sea kayak, stable & fast. I would definitely recommend it. I am extremely happy with the kayak & with all areas of the service I received from Pusat Kayak. Thank you again Agum.
