★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya merasa kecewa dgn pelayanan nya dgn mba citra dan karyawan bru yg lainnya. Sya kecewa krn brg yg saya mau gadai tdk diterima krn dikira saya bohong. Dan satu lagi waktu kk saya tlp ke hp saya untk berbicara dgn mba citra setelah selesai bicara hp saya dibanting oleh mba citra.

I feel disappointed with the service with Ms. Citra and other new employees. I was disappointed because what I wanted to pawn was not accepted because I thought I was lying. And one more time when I called my cellphone to talk to Ms. Citra. After I finished talking, my cellphone was slammed by Ms. Citra.
