The shop is complete, the right place to look for various types of computer, printer, accessories, etc. The guards were friendly and very helpful to be able to find the items I was looking for. The price is also competitive.

β β β β β Kakak saya mmbeli sonicgear soundbar tgl 22 agustus 2018 untuk hadiah ultah saya. Tgl 27 saya coba dan unboxing ternyata kabel aux tidak berfungsi dan ada penyok di subwoofer, langsung saya bawa ke puricom pada hari itu juga. Salah nya ketika pembelian, kakak saya tidak cek fisik. Kata pegawai puricom harus claim asuransi dan paling lama 3 hari. Hari ini saya tlp ke toko, tanya apakah sudah slsai claim nya, katanya belum. Saya tanya kepastian kapan claim itu slsai, pgawai toko tidak dapat memberikan kepastian. Setelah saya tanya berulang2 jawabanny cuma mungki 3-4hari lg. Tidak ada kepastian sama sekali. Lagian saya bingung padahal di terms&condition toko penukaran barang dapat dilakukan paling lama 7 hari setelah tanggal pembelian. Kenapa kok ga lsg d tukar? Kan saya blm 7 hari? Sekarang tgl 12 September, sudah 17 hari blm juga ada kabar dan kepastian. Saya tlp owner juga tdk ada kepastian, saya minta refund jg tdk bs, tukar barang jg tdk bs, kepastian jg tdk ada? Bahkan untuk follow up tentang status baranh saya pun tidak. Saya ingin kepastian akan nasib barang saya, karena bagaimanapun itu adalah hak saya sebagai pembeli. Bagaimana mgkn sebuah toko lepas tangan terhadap tanggung jawabnya?
My brother bought the SonicGear Soundbar on August 22 2018 for my birthday present. On the 27th I tried and unboxing, it turned out that the aux cable was not working and there was a dent in the subwoofer, I immediately took it to Puricom that day. His mistake when purchasing, my sister did not check physically. Puricom employees said that they must claim insurance and a maximum of 3 days. Today I called the shop, asked if the claim had been completed, he said not yet. I asked for certainty when the claim was completed, the shop clerk could not provide certainty. After I asked repeatedly the answer might only be 3-4 days. There is absolutely no certainty. Besides, I am confused, even though in the shop terms & conditions, the exchange of goods can be done no later than 7 days after the date of purchase. Why can't lsg change? I haven't had 7 days yet? Now, the date is September 12th, it's 17 days yet there is also news and confirmation. My phone owner also has no certainty, I ask for a refund also it can't be, I can't exchange goods, there's no certainty? Not even to follow up about my new status. I want certainty about the fate of my goods, because after all that is my right as the buyer. How can a shop be hands-off with its responsibilities?
