★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya agak mahal tapi enak dan strategis. 2 menit jalan kaki udah sampai IPDN Ampera.
Fasilitas kamar standar: meja rias, kursi, AC, kasur, lemari, shower. Water heaternya kadang kurang panas tapi.
Kamar dibersihin tiap senin. Seprai, selimut dan sarung bantal diganti ti seminggu sekali (atau 2 minggu ya? Lupa). Luar dibersihin tiap hari.
Tiap lantai ada meja makan, kulkas, dispenser, dan tempat nyuci piring. Lantai 4 ada mesin cuci dan jemuran, kalo mau nyuci sendiri.
Lantai 2 untuk putra. Lantai 3 untuk putri. Ibu kosan cukup Islami.
2.500.000/bulan untuk sendiri. 3.500.000/bulan untuk pasutri. Deposit 500k, dibalikin kalo sewa lebih dari 3 bulan.
The boarding house is a bit expensive but delicious and strategic. 2 minutes walk to IPDN Ampera.
Standard room facilities: dressing table, chairs, air conditioning, mattress, wardrobe, shower. The water heater is sometimes not hot enough.
The room is cleaned every Monday. Sheets, blankets and pillowcases are changed once a week (or 2 weeks huh? Forgot). The outside is cleaned every day.
Each floor has a dining table, refrigerator, dispenser, and sink. On the 4th floor there is a washing machine and clothesline, if you want to wash it yourself.
2nd floor for boys. 3rd floor for princess. The boarding house mother is quite Islamic.
2,500,000 / month for yourself. 3,500,000 / month for couples. 500k deposit, reversed if the rental is more than 3 months.
