Walau dekat dengan makam umum , namun tidak ada nuansa singup atau angker. Jalan cukup luas , mobil nyaman melintas.
Harga sewa nya juga relatif murah.
Sangat baik bagi keluarga yang hendak mencari lokasi kontrakan.
Love being here. It's quiet, cool, and there's a portal for everyone to keep it safe.
Even though it is close to a public grave, there is no singup or haunted feel. The road is wide enough, the car is comfortable to pass.
The rental price is also relatively cheap.
Very good for families who want to find a rented location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan ini sudah mirip dengan perkampungan biasa. Fasilitas penunjang aktivitas dan kehidupan masyarakat cukup lengkap, warung, toko, toserba cukup banyak. Karena berada di belakang kampus UKSW maka banyak orang yang membangun tempat kos, baik untuk putra maupun putri. Lingkungan perumahan cukup bersih, di depan deretan rumah terdapat jalan-jalan yang membentuk gang tapi tidak terlalu luas. Di setiap gang dipasang portal untuk memudahkan mengontrol keamanan lingkungan.
This housing is similar to an ordinary village. The facilities to support people's activities and life are quite complete, there are quite a lot of stalls, shops, and convenience stores. Because it is behind the SWCU campus, many people build boarding houses, both for boys and girls. The housing environment is quite clean, in front of a row of houses there are roads that form an alley but not too wide. Portals are installed in each aisle to make it easier to control the safety of the environment.
