★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luas, asri tidak bising. Masih tahap pembangunan perumahan klo blok belakang sudah jadi. Ada SMPN 03 yg masih baru. Drainase buruk klo hujan gede suka banyak genangan air.
Spacious, beautiful not noisy. Still the construction phase of the housing if the back block has been made. There's a new 03 Junior High School. Poor drainage if heavy rain likes a lot of puddles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yg sejuk, ramai orang berjualan di gerbang utama, cocok sebagai hunian untuk istirahat, karena jauh dari jalan utama, sayangnya kurang strategis, akses jalan hanya 1 jadi selalu ramai dan macet, ada fasilitas waterpark, keluar perum sudah banyak berjajar toko2 keperluan sehari2, banyak spot2 tempat nongkrong untuk menikmati senja di sore hari
Cool housing, lots of people selling at the main gate, suitable as a place to rest, because it's far from the main road, unfortunately it's not strategic, there is only 1 access road so it's always crowded and jammed, there are waterpark facilities, there are many shops lined up for daily necessities, there are lots of hangout spots to enjoy the sunset in the afternoon
