Mirip seperti rumah kosan ketimbang dijadikan rumah pribadi yang permanen.
Saran aja, perumahan di sini, sebaiknya untuk sewa saja, karena kalau untuk standar rumah permanen, sebaiknya dicari di daerah lain dengan harga yang lebih bersahabat, 1,2 miliar.
