PSC 119 merupakan layanan cepat tanggap darurat kesehatan. Layanan ini dibentuk tahun 2016 bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Perhubungan untuk membantu penangan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat yang tidak hanya berhubungan dengan kecelakaan tetapi juga dalam situasi kritis.
“PSC 119 kami bentuk untuk mempercepat penanganan dan pertolongan pada korban yang membutuhkan penangan segera,” ujar Menkes Nila F. Meloek saat meninjau stasiun Balapan Solo dan Puskesmas Gajahan, Solo (22/6).
Sebagai contoh bila ada masyarakat yang menghubungi 119, maka call center akan menanyakan dimana lokasi kejadian berada dan akan mengarahkan ambulans dari Puskesmas, pos kesehatan, rumah sakit pemerintah yang paling dekat dengan lokasi kejadian.
Sementara itu, Dirjen Pelayanan Kesehatan Kemenkes, dr. Bambang Wibowo, mengatakan layanan 119 kedepannya akan terintegrasi dengan layanan kepolisian dan kebakaran.
“PSC 119 saat ini baru menggunakan nomor lokal, tapi ke depan akan jadi nomor layanan yang terintegrasi dengan layanan kepolisian dan kebakaran. Untuk saat ini baru layanan kesehatan dan rumah sakit,” ujarnya.
Walikota Solo, FX Hadi Rudyatmo, juga menambahkan terdapat 17 Puskesmas yang memiliki layanan ICU dan siap melayani masyarakat.

PSC 119 is a health emergency response service. This service was formed in 2016 in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation to help health care for the public who are not only related to accidents but also in critical situations.
"We formed the 119 PSC to accelerate the handling and assistance of victims who need immediate treatment," said Minister of Health Nila F. Meloek while visiting Solo Balapan Station and Gajahan Community Health Center, Solo (22/6).
For example, if a community calls 119, the call center will ask where the incident occurred and will direct an ambulance from the Puskesmas, health post, government hospital closest to the scene.
Meanwhile, the Director General of Health Services at the Ministry of Health, dr. Bambang Wibowo, said that 119 services in the future will be integrated with police and fire services.
"PSC 119 currently only uses a local number, but in the future it will be an integrated service number with police and fire services. For now, only health services and hospitals, "he said.
The Mayor of Solo, FX Hadi Rudyatmo, also added that there are 17 health centers that have ICU services and are ready to serve the community.
