★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi hari Jumat 01/03/2019 pukul 08.30 menyerahkan berkas (identitas KTP sama KTM, proposal, 2 formulir dari web PTSP, pengantar dari kampus) sudah jadi GRATIS izin penelitian skripsi saya. Terimakasih. Oia jangan lupa berkasnya dikasih baju (map) yaah. Kamu di sini tidak perlu takut dan bingung, karena di dalam area walikota itu ramai sekali seperti mall/kampus. Banyak petugas standby siap mengarahkan kemauan tujuan anda dari mana mau ke mana. Enaknya lagi free smoking area ada di mana-mana.
On Friday 01/03/2019 at 8:30 a.m. submit the file (ID card identity with KTM, proposal, 2 forms from PTSP web, introduction from campus) has become FREE my thesis research permit. Thanks. Oia, don't forget the file is given clothes (map), yeah. You don't need to be afraid or confused here, because in the area the mayor is very crowded like a mall / campus. Many standby officers are ready to direct your will from where you want to go. The delicious is the free smoking area everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antriannya lama bgt sampe 2 jam lebih hanya utk pengambilan berkas... petugas bagian informasi tidak ramah dlm memberikan informasi dan cenderung males... Sinyal telkomsel & xl gak ada? Perlu penguat sinyal...
The queue is so long that it takes more than 2 hours to retrieve the file ... the information officer is not friendly in providing information and tends to be lazy ... Need a signal amplifier ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ramah dan menjawab semua pertanyaan sebaik mungkin. Kantornya besar dan ruang tunggu lumayan nyaman walau kursinya besi keras yang dingin. Ada berbagai layanan termasuk informasi perizinan, pengurusan dokumen dan loket pembayaran. Jam buka penerimaan nomor antrian hanya sampai jam 15:00 setiap hari kerja. Pelayanan sampai jam 16:00 atau kadang agak lewat sedikit.
Friendly service and answers all questions as best as possible. The office is large and the waiting room is quite comfortable despite the cold hard iron chairs. There are a variety of services including licensing information, document processing and payment counters. The opening hours for receiving queue numbers are only until 15:00 every weekday. Service until 16:00 or sometimes a little bit past.
