β β β β β Produk xiaomi sih sangat bagus..tp sayang pekerja kurang kompeten dan sangat buruk.servis hp kirim ke jakarta janji cuma 7hari malah sampai 11 hari.ehhhh ....hp yg dikirim milik orang lain yg ada di solo.padahal sy di riau.bolak balik lagi kirim ulang sampai sekarang masih menunggu.maaf sy kecewa dengan xiaomi pusat tidak teliti kirim barang.
Xiaomi products are very good.. but unfortunately the workers are incompetent and very bad. The cellphone service sent to Jakarta promised only 7 days, even up to 11 days. Ehhhh .... The cellphone that was sent belonged to someone else who was in solo. Even though I was in Riau. back and forth again, resend until now, I'm still waiting. Sorry, I'm disappointed with the central xiaomi not being careful in sending goods.

VERY BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE. MI TV STICK UNITS WARRANTY CLAIM, UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO INFORMATION FROM XIAOMI PARTY. NO TLP CANNOT BE CONTACTED. THROUGH WA ALSO IN PING PONG THERE AND THERE. YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT WHEN YOU WANT TO BUY ANY XIAOMI BRAND PRODUCT. THE SERVICE IS VERY SORRY

β β β β β Hati2 untuk yang beli hp xiaomi via mi store app, pelayanannya sangat buruk, saya order tgl 4 agustus orderan di cancel tiba2 dan sampe hari ini tgl 17 agustus proses pengembalian dana sama sekali tidak ada. Semua cs di telpon jawabannya itu2 aja, gaada solusi. hanya disuruh tunggu 7 hari kerja, pas udah 7 hari kerja katanya suruh nunggu gatau sampe kapan.
BALIKIN UANG SAYA 13 JUTA, ITU BUKAN UANG KECIL. PERUSAHAAN SEBESAR INI TIDAK BISA REFUND, PAYAH.
