★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo saya bisa rate tanpa bintang saya akan rate, tp ini cuma bisa 1 bintang ratenya.
Ini tipikal internet indonesia yg ikut ikutan dengan provider lain. Jika down, mereka akan nunggu kabar dari provider nya.
Pada saat down, cs 24 jamnya TIDAK TANGGAP, telfon TIDAK DIANGKAT, ditanya kapan internetnya jalan kembali juga TIDAK TAU. Saya juga bingung maunya apa.
Bilangnya bahwa kabelnya putus, dan cs juga bilang bahwa ISP Nasional juga ikut putus, anehnya saya memakai telkom dan LANCAR.
Saya sudah bayar untuk paket yg tengah, dan cs masih menanggapi dengan jawaban yang seperti itu. Saya benar benar TIDAK merekomendasikan ISP ini.

This is typical of the Indonesian internet that follows along with other providers. If they are down, they will wait for news from the provider.
At the time of downtime, cs 24 hours, NO RESPONSE, the phone is NOT LIFTED, asked when the internet will return, also DO NOT KNOW. I am also confused about what I want.
He said that the cable was broken, and CS also said that the National ISP was also broken, strangely I used Telkom and LANCAR.
I have paid for the middle package, and CS still responds with answers like that. I really DO NOT recommend this ISP.

Alhamdulillah, finally our office was able to do international uploads properly without interruption after using verbind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor saya sudah seminggu mengalami gangguan. Hasil dari kepercayaan saya terhadap Verbind:
1. Customer Service PEMALAS. Tidak tanggap, dan lari dari hadapan consumer. Kami ini perusahaan mas, perorangan saja wajar kalau komplain, tapi ini perusahaan. Payroll, penggajian, Media, semua down karena Verbind. Respon dari komplain saya lama dijawab (baca:berjam jam) tidak dijawab dengan jelas, perlu dipahami ini ISP yang katanya cocok untuk perusahaan perusahaan skala besar. Lebih lanjut di poin kedua
2. Staff PEMBOHONG dan LUGU. Dipikir dengan bilang "Semua National ISP down" saya percaya. Mas/mbak, saya ini pakai 2 ISP di kantor, Telkom nggak ada masalah, kalau anda pikir kami tidak punya Tim IT yang paham tentang networking anda salah besar. Kenapa saya percaya sama Verbind dan masih pakai Telkom? Karena waktu itu saya percaya dengan Verbind, kecepatan internet akan ter-upgrade. Memang terupgrade..dalam hitungan hari amblas lagi. Tipikal perusahaan kecil, yang pada saat trial seakan akan lancar dan cepat di day one, kemudian lemah di selanjutnya.
Mas/mbak, kami sudah bayar jutaan, minimal follow up lah dengan jujur, tidak seperti ini.

2. LIEATING and LUGU staff. Thinking of saying "All National ISPs are down" I believe. Mas / sis, I use 2 ISPs in the office, Telkom has no problem, if you think we don't have an IT team that understands about networking, you are wrong. Why do I trust Verbind and still use Telkom? Because at that time I believed that with Verbind, the internet speed would be upgraded. It was upgraded ... in a matter of days it collapsed again. Typical small companies, which at the time of trial seemed to be smooth and fast on day one, then weak in the next.
Bro / sis, we've paid millions, at least follow up honestly, it's not like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah Bosen pake jaringan internet punya sebelah yang suka gangguan, akhirnya pindah ke verbind, selama 2-3 bulan ini pake lumayan baik dari segi pelayanan dan kualitasnya.
