★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan PT.UIU karna memutuskan kerja sama, sepihak tdk melihat usaha kita, kesungguhan kita , dan pengorbanan kita demi bergabung di perusahaan ini. Saya nur alifah lokasi di makassar mengucapkan perasan yang sangat kecewa karna di berikan harapan palsu untuk bekerja, kami sudah mengisi formulir kerja, tanda tangan jaminan, dan sudah membuang" waktu untuk mengurus npwp, rek bri , dll kebutuhan kerja di suruh menunggu dengan alasan handover lah, seragam belum ada, dan akhirnya kami sepakat membeli seragam polo sendiri demi ingin kerja di perusahaan ini, tapi, apa yang kami terima, hanya datang di kantor dan mendengarkan pembatalan kerja karna omset.y susah untuk d capai dll, beribu alasan yang terlontar d mulut , akan tetapi siapa yg bertanggung jawab dengan ini semua??? Kami sudah mengorbankan risent di tempat kerja kami sebelumnya demi ingin mengabdi bekerja di perusahaan ini. Tolong bapak atau ibu direktur yang terhormat memutuskan kerja sama bukan jalan yang bisa menguntungkan perusahaan anda juga. Jika anda tidak nyaman dengan keluhan atau komentar saya tolong pertanggung jawabkan dengan semua pemutusan kerja sama sepihak ini .
I am disappointed with PT.UIU because they decided to cooperate, unilaterally they did not see our efforts, our sincerity, and our sacrifice in order to join this company. I am nur alifah, a location in Makassar, expressing a feeling of being very disappointed because I was given false hopes to work, we have filled in work forms, signed guarantees, and have wasted "time to take care of npwp, bri accounts, etc. Well, the uniforms didn't exist yet, and finally we agreed to buy our own polo uniforms in order to want to work at this company, but, what we received, just came to the office and listened to work cancellations because of turnover, it was hard to achieve, etc., thousands of reasons were raised d mouth, but who is responsible for all this ??? We have sacrificed risk in our previous work place in order to want to serve work in this company. Please, dear sir or mother director decide that cooperation is not a way that can benefit your company too If you are not comfortable with my complaints or comments, please take responsibility for all this unilateral termination of cooperation.
