★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya pengalaman buruk disini, saya udah ikut tes, interview, diskusi panel, manajernya udah ngejanjiin saya bakal masuk. Akhirnya saya ijin resign dari perusahaan lama di cikarang, pindah kosan, tes kesehatan bayar sendiri. Eh pas deket hari pertama saya mau kerja diperusahaan itu, tiba-tiba perusahaan nelpon saya dan bilang kalau saya tidak jadi direkrut karena masalah dokumen administrasi yang di tolak oleh pusat. Manajer perusahaan tidak ingin bertanggung jawab. Kejam banget, bikin orang lain jadi pengangguran, ga ada sama sekali keringanan buat saya pada saat itu. Nyesel banget udah susah payah menyelesaikan semua tahapan tes disana, udah keluar ongkos, tenaga, dan waktu eh malah dikasih harapan palsu, mana ga mau tanggung jawab lagi.
I have a bad experience here, I've taken the test, interview, panel discussion, the manager has promised I will enter. Finally I resigned from the old company in Cikarang, moved boarding, paid for my own health test. When I was close to the first day I wanted to work at the company, the company suddenly called me and said that I would not be recruited because of administrative documents that were refused by the central government. Company managers don't want to be in charge. So cruel, making others unemployed, there was no relief at all for me at that time. It's so frustrating to have struggled to complete all the stages of the test there, already out the costs, energy, and time eh even given false hopes, which do not want more responsibility.
