★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few years ago, it was a pleasure coming here. But lately it's a mess. Their system a bit suck, and the massage service was horrible. The only good thing is they prepare some soup & ginger for after massage. I'll never come back tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive heard a lot of good things from this place and decided to give it a go and booked a 5PM slot for a massage. They asked for my number and informed me that they will hold it for 15 minutes until 5:15.
I got there 10 mins later than 5:15 due to heavy traffic and they have cancelled my booking and told me to wait for another hour because their therapists are on break from 5:30. They’ve also said “thats just how we’ve always do it, automated cancellation”

Im disappointed because they DIDNT EVEN BOTHER to give me a call informing me of my cancellation. What was the whole point of them asking for MY number if they’re not going to use it to call me?!!?!??
If they’ve called i could’ve cancelled and find a different massage place instead of coming here, bracing through the traffic jam.
Also I had no idea thats how “they normally do it” . This is my very first time booking it and first time here for my partner, how are we supposed to know?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge and there are many therapists. So it depends on whether you get a good one or not, and their mood on that day. My therapist was very skilled but also lazy. I got only 60 minutes of actual massage when it was supposed to be 90 minutes. The ambience and refreshments are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think, nano at pluit is much better than here...actually i enjoyed it a bit,but my sprained ankle is still hurt...she cannot heal it...
The atmosphere is good too...but the therapist is chatting with her friends that make it a bit noisy..
Every chair have their own tv and headphone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this place quite regularly, it's a great place to release stress and tensions. Compared to the service, the price is really affordable. Before getting a foot reflexology (or any other massages), they would wash our feet and then let it soak in warm water with relaxing salt. Meanwhile, they'd massage our shoulders. Then we're taken to the room with comfortable couches where we'd lie down and get the reflexology. It's quite dark so I usually fell asleep. If you go with your husband/wife/kids, you can request to be seated close from one another. Best part, they have happy hours when it's of course cheaper. There's usually a long queue but there are lots of sofa in the waiting room, we can relax.
Not to forget, the place refreshment in open space. Even if you've finished the cup of ginger served by your therapist, you can freely refill or drink tea instead.
One issue here, in my experience, the therapists don't have the same standard of service. So sometimes if your lucky, you get someone who is very satisfying, while on some other unlucky days, you go home not feeling relaxed enough. A little tip, I think it's best to go there as early as possible like 10 am when the place opens, because that's the time when the therapist are not too tired already. For your information, I was told that therapists here have to massage 3 customers before getting a break. So you can imagine how tired they can be if you get there late in the afternoon.
