kronologi nya si kuli bongkar melemparkan 1 karung yang hilang ke tumpukan barang lain untuk saja saya melihat dan akhirnya selamat deh barang kiriman saya ga hilang
entah lah apa maksdnya ini ada unsur kesengajaan ingin mencuri atau bagaimana ya atau modus baru pencurian
jadi hati2 untuk yang kirim expedisi disini saran saya mending tidak usah di bantu kuli mending bongkar sendiri dan mobil pastikan di kunci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expedisi sampah, cs nya online whatsapp tapi gabisa bales costumer, barang udah dikirim dari jakarta ke manado sampe 1 bulan belom di terima di manado, cs di telfon ga pernah angkat telfon. Ownernya saya tanyain soal cs nya yang ga angkat telfon kata owner nya dia ga ada urusanya sama cs itu.
Expedition of garbage, cs online whatsapp but can't reply to customer, the goods have been sent from Jakarta to Manado until 1 month has not been received in Manado, cs on the phone never pick up the phone. I asked the owner about the CS that didn't pick up the phone, said the owner had nothing to do with that CS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menyesal sekali menggunakan jasa ekspedisi trijasa ya Allah , brg dkrm tgl 8 feb smpe tgl 15 pun di tlp berulang x katanya besok br d antar 9hr njir yg bner aja, pdhal sblm krm brg sy nanya bakal brp hri smp,dia jwb 2-5 HR mana? Omong kosong!!! Gak lagi2 pake jasa ekspedisi ini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau bisa tanpa bintang saya mau pilih tanpa Bintang, jangan sekali kali memilih PT Trijasa Jaya Utama sebagai kurir , pilih perusahaan pengantar yang lain saja, barang sudah dari tgl 6 November 2021 di proses di Jakarta sampai hari ini tgl 16 November pun belum sampai di Bali , telepon perwakilan nya di Bali katanya barang akan di anter ke alamat rumah , eh malah kemudian saya di suruh ambil ke kantor nya , bagiamana sih , padahal orang yang ngirim barang dari Jakarta ke saya sudah bilang juga bahwa barang akan diantar ke alamat saya, benar benar kecewa , padahal expedisi yang lain dengan biaya yang sama bisa nganter dari Jakarta ke Bali dalam 5 hari saja dan langsung ke alamat saya yang di pelosok , benar benar tidak di rekomendasikan perusahaan ini
