Kami memohon hak kami sejak muncul nya pandemi covid-19 kami sudah ikhlas menerima berapapun gaji yg di bayar ke kami dan THR,pun kami ikhlas tidak di bayar sepeserpun, sekarang dalam kondisi pemulihan di masa New Normal gaji kami juga tidak di bayar terhitung sejak tgl 1 Juli 2020, kami ini pekerja bukan keledai .
Tolong di baca baik-baik untuk Pasal
• ( 93 Ayat 2 Undang-undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan )
• ( Pasal 19 PP Nomor 8 Tahun 1981 tentang Perlindungan Upah )
Jika tidak ada pembayaran sampai Rabu 12 Agustus 2020, saya atas nama karyawan Tri Anugrah Fashion yg menuntut hak-hak kami sebagai pekerja, akan melaporkan perusahaan ini kepada pihak yg berwajib dan saya akan menulis opini publik yg saya tuju ke PT Anugrah Tri Fashion .

We ask for our rights since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have sincerely accepted whatever wages are paid to us and THR, even we sincerely don't pay a penny, now in a state of recovery during the New Normal period, our salaries have not been paid since the date July 1, 2020, we are workers not donkeys.
Please read carefully for Article
• (93 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower)
• (Article 19 Government Regulation Number 8 Year 1981 regarding Wage Protection)
If there is no payment until Wednesday, August 12, 2020, on behalf of a Tri Anugrah Fashion employee who demands our rights as workers, I will report this company to the authorities and I will write a public opinion which I go to PT Anugrah Tri Fashion.
