Kayanya ini pertama & terakhir titip di sini. Titip food container silicone dari singapura awalnya oke, kena shipping sekitar 100rb (+50rb domestic shipping SG). Setelah dibeli ternyata shippingnya bengkak. Produk dipacking dengan 2 lapis kardus, kardus dalam sesuai dengan deskripsi awal, kardus luar yg jadi masalah krn berukuran lbh besar, seukuran kotak sepatu, sehingga sy kena biaya volume katanya, jadi harus bayar lagi kekurangannya, ga tanggung2, 154rb bow, jd total biaya shipping nya aja kena 300rb-an. Kalo tau biaya shipping nya aja segitu mah ga akan titip deh, berasa beli dari jepang, barangnya juga harganya cuma 300-rb an ?
I think this is the first & last place to leave it here. Get a silicone food container from Singapore at first okay, get shipping around 100 thousand (+ 50 thousand domestic shipping SG). After buying it turned out that the shipping was swollen. The product is packed with 2 layers of cardboard, inner cardboard according to the initial description, outer cardboard which is a problem because it is bigger, the size of a shoe box, so I get a volume fee, he said, so I have to pay more for the shortcomings, no responsibility, 154 thousand bow, so the total cost shipping just got 300 thousand's. If you know the shipping cost is that much, you won't leave it, feel like buying from Japan, the goods also cost only 300 thousand

- Barang saya tidak ada kejelasan sudah hampir 2 minggu status di Titipkirimin masih `BELUM SAMPAI WAREHOUSE` padahal di web UPS (Shipper US) sudah diterima. - Coba contact ke CS jawabannya "Follow up Agent" terus sudah berkali-kali ditanya di minggu berbeda jawaban selalu sama. Lalu, tidak ada penjelasan sama sekali, semua CS diam tidak ada yang balas Whatsapp. (Sepertinya saya sudah ditandain, untuk tidak dibalas) - Pernah juga beli disini, album dalam keadaan pecah, terus di Titipkirimin tidak ada asuransi, malah menyalahkan seller dari US (Handling kurang baik) - Setelah kasus barang pecah tersebut, saya sudah terlanjur ada order lagi beberapa barang karena sudah terlanjur beli dan set alamat Garden Groove (Barang Pre Order yang harus masukin alamat duluan) - Ternyata, tiba-tiba gudang mereka pindah ke lokasi lain, dari warehouse Garden Grove seperti tidak ada update dan belum jelas. CS bilang masih bisa di proses dari Garden Grove, namun kenyataannya belum ada update. It could have been 5 starts if you guys give assurance to others regarding the shipping status (Shipping status for a shipment company, obviously?)
- My item is not clear, it's been almost 2 weeks the status on Titipkirimin is still `NOT THROUGH WAREHOUSE` even though on the UPS (Shipper US) web it has been received. - Try contacting CS, the answer is "Follow up Agent" and it has been asked many times in different weeks, the answer is always the same. Then, there was no explanation at all, all CS were silent, no one replied to Whatsapp. (I seem to have been flagged, not to be replied to) - Also bought here, the album was broken, then at Titipkirimin there was no insurance, instead blaming the seller from the US (handling was not good) - After the case of broken goods, I already ordered several items because I had already purchased and set the address for Garden Groove (Pre-Order items that must enter the address first) - Apparently, suddenly their warehouse moved to another location, from the Garden warehouse Grove looks like there is no update and it's not clear. CS said it could still be processed from Garden Grove, but in reality there has been no update. It could have been 5 starts if you guys give assurance to others regarding the shipping status (Shipping status for a shipment company, obviously?)

my expectation on this new startup very high . so i give a try to use the service . in the beginning all goes smooth and i have high hope my transaction will go smoothly. wow first i received sudden additional charge which came after my trx. i argue why not you charge me after my goods arrive . the staff mentioned this extra cost fr seller to send the good s domestically. ok . very reluctant i paid so that my order can be expedite it.. the service is very slow for buying my goods and the goods gone. the staff only can say sorry few times. now, the next experience is very annoying one. i have to request a refund which i think why i have to request a refund? titipbeliin staff can not act fast enough to buy my goods which i had mentioned few times pls urgently buy the goods. worse the staff told me the fee i had to pay for something i don't make a mistake. the fee also not transparent at all. i hope the management of this new startup will learnt fr this experience and always the convenience side of the customer and their experience . with this experience, i had to write to the organisation so that the management will see how to improve their services, communication and transparency on fees. i hope they will taken a step to correct it if they want this new startup come out as winner and trustworthy organisation .

A nice & easy way to buy oversea product. Good responses & trusted. I only have suggestion in delivery status, better to have more details & breakdown. Goods live tracking also would be very nice to have.

[Update: Having reached out to the number listed below in the response, that same number has not replied for days as well.] Horrendous communication and transparency. Made an order for limited edition item, and after additional shipping costs was paid, received confirmation that product has been bought. No update for 2 weeks and no explanation from customer service despite trying to request update for days, only to be informed that product had to be re-ordered due to credit card error on their end. This kind of issue should have been detected much earlier and updated to customer promptly, not after 2 weeks of dodgy response from customer service. Despite all that, not even an apology was offered. First time and last time to use their service.
