β β β β β Very bad service, I have experience in August, I paid up to 3x but there was no further confirmation, and in September my internet was turned off even though I paid again but still had to wait 1x 24, all customer service can only make reports that it is not clear where the report was addressed?

above 10mbps FTH, poor upload ratio, price moderate but could be better, excellent response and customer service for technical, no full 1080p HD channel available.

β β β β β Sometimes, when its rainy, the connection is unstable and finally it can't connected to our device (eventhough the light of modem is on). I hope indihome can fix the connection as soon as possible.

β β β β β Telkom Indihome is an open daylight scam! We paid Rp600'000/month and the internet disconnects on many days. Their customer service is just lip service and they cannot help us connect to the internet.

β β β β β I already paid the deposit as per Indihome new regulation in 2020. BUT, NO IMPROVEMENT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will surely cancel if tomorrow still no information and progress.

β β β β β so dissapointed with indihome , been calling CS many times but still nothing they can do . Also, they charge me so high while it shouldn't, when i call and give them complaint, the call always end the middle of call and waiting (while CS do something in their computer). I called like 3 CS within an hour and i had to explain them from the beginnin (waste my time and my balance). The CS said that the problem has been escalated to the related unit and I said I won't pay thr bill until I got thr confirmation why they charge me so high . I also noted to the CS not to cut off my connection since I'm waiting their confirmation. The CS said yes and wont shut my connection while I have to wait until someone called me .
I've wait for around a week and no one called , and they cut off my connection this morning and up to this time , I cant reach out to their CS since they said that they re currently serving other customer (been calling for more than 5 times alrd)
So guys , I'm strongly not recommend this Internet Provider. Think twice before you choose
Shouldve gone with MyRep just if it's available in my area
