Klaim garansi disini paling mudah dan ga ribet, cukup bawa barang yang ingin ditukar (kardus + ada logo surya candra) dan nota pembelian, tunggu barangnya di cek sama pihak PT Surya Chandra, kira-kira saya nunggu 15 menit dan barang langsung diganti baru.
Guarantee claims here are the easiest and least complicated, just bring the item you want to exchange (cardboard + there is a Surya Candra logo) and a purchase note, wait for the item to be checked with PT Surya Chandra, I guess I waited 15 minutes and the item was replaced immediately.

awal bulan desember kemaren beli mouse MX Master 2S, lalu scroll nya bermasalah bbrp kali, stlh contactan sm seller di tokped, disaranin buat kesini biar bisa claim garansi, lalu saya dtg dan ngasih mousenya, hanya nunggu +- 10 menit trs cici yg punya kali ya(?) ngasih mouse baru ke saya, tinggal tanda tangan, lalu beres deh. Saya sbg customer seneng sih kl ada perusahaan yg gampang untuk klaim garansi. Jadi recommended banget sih beli device logitech yg garansi resmi surya candra. Minusnya cuman tempatnya, ngga ada nama / plang yg nunjukkin itu tempat perusahaannya, jd saya aga nyasar awalnya.
early December yesterday bought the MX Master 2S mouse, then scrolled the problem several times, after contacting sm seller on tokped, it was suggested to come here so I could claim the warranty, then I came and gave the mouse, just waited + - 10 minutes then the cici has times yes (?) give me a new mouse, just sign it, then it's done. I am happy as a customer if there are companies that are easy to claim warranty. So it is really recommended to buy a logitech device that has an official solar candra guarantee. The only minus is the place, there is no name / sign that shows the location of the company, so I didn't get lost at first.

Mei beli logitech g pro x headset di official logitech g tokopedia, juni headset bagian kanan bass nya mati dan kadang bunyi suaranya pecah-pecah. Setelah tanya seller tokopedia disaranin untuk klaim ke PT Surya Candra ini. Tempatnya bener-bener gudang, proses klaimnya langsung nyerahin barang lengkap dengan dus dan kelengkapannya, gak sampe 10 menit udah langsung diganti unit baru. Saran untuk yg mau klaim mending datang langsung biar bisa ditunggu, soalnya liat beberapa review yg ngirim barang pake kurir perlu nunggu beberapa hari untuk dihubungi ambil unit baru.
May bought a logitech g pro x headset at the official logitech g tokopedia, in june the headset on the right side of the bass died and sometimes the sound cracked. After asking the Tokopedia seller, he was advised to make a claim to PT Surya Candra. The place is really a warehouse, the claim process immediately delivers the goods complete with boxes and accessories, less than 10 minutes, the new unit was immediately replaced. Suggestions for those who want to claim, better come right away so they can wait, because seeing some reviews that send goods using couriers, you need to wait a few days to be contacted to pick up a new unit.

Saya datang kesini jauh-jauh dari Jakarta Selatan buat klaim garansi G103 saya yg double click parah. Tapi pas saya sampai di sini hari Jumat jam 14.30 tempatnya malah tutup dan digembok tanpa keterangan di pintunya ? Di websitenya tulisannya jam 16.00 tutupnya ? Saran saya buat yang mau klaim garansi tolong ditelpon dulu biar nggak nyesel ?
I came here all the way from South Jakarta to claim my bad double click G103 warranty. But when I got here Friday at 14.30 the place was closed and locked without any information on the door On the website it says 16.00 closing My advice for those who want to claim warranty, please call first so you don't regret it ?

One of the logitech distributor,the place location its not regular vehicle friendly because theres a lot of truck and big truck block the way,and some of the way were damaged,beside all of that the service is so so

It's straight forward office warranty service for Logitech's products, i think the place is not where meant to be for people to come and visit, the area is more like teamsters office than office building, not comfortable when many truck comes load/unloading goods, even though they said they have an office at Mangga Dua mall(idk specific location), For the RMA process it takes a while, I have G102 mouse with "common" Left double click's problem and they gave it back and sent it to my place within 5 days with a new one (Good job Logitech)

Few days ago, I came to this place to ask for a replacement for my Logitech headset (G Pro X) since the microphone was not working at all after only a few days of use. I arrived there around 10 am and as the others have said, the place is not quite friendly for vehicles because there was a lot of heavy trucks. The roads aren't smooth, and there is no waiting space for visitors. The service however was great. The security guard asked me outside what the problems were. In this case, I couldn't go inside the office due to safety protocols. He brought the product in and it only took around half an hour until an employee came out to meet me. She just asked me to sign on the note and handed me the new unit. For the readers here who are willing to claim warranty, buying receipts are not necessarily needed as long as the sticker (I give the photo below) is on the box.
