β β β β β Supporting tool (alat diagnostic dikomputer) tidak bisa digunakan sehingga mesintidak bisa disetung dengan baik sehingga setelah service motor dibawa terasa lebih tidak enak dari sebelum diserivice, ketersediaan sparepart tidak lengkap.contoh diperlukan kabel untuk mengaktikan jarum speedometer tidak ada upaya untuk mencari solusi. Untuk mekanik perlu ditraining ulang tentang SOP pekerjaannya (tidak asal2an) lebih serius, tidak bayak bicara begitu juga admin

β β β β β Yamaha gandul kardun, gw servis motor nmax baru sebulan ring oli sudah hilang di maka mekanik nya, terus gw mau servis vition gw sekalian beli separepart, ehhh gw liat di rack nya saja gak ada separepart satu pun yang ada cuman debu doang, wahhh emang kardun, ?????
Yamaha gandul kardun, I serviced the Nmax motorbike for only a month, the oil ring was gone, so the mechanics, then I want to service my vision and buy spare parts, ehhh I just looked at the rack, there's not a single spare part, there's only dust, wow that's kardun ,

Harga sparepart lbh mahal, tmp nunggu d bengkel minim,Hasilnya g lebih baik dr bengkel pinggir jalan lainnya. Menang merk doank bengkel resmi buat kwalitas mah standar.
The mechanics are a lot of sense.
The price of spare parts is more expensive, but waiting at the workshop is minimal, the results are not better than other roadside workshops. Win the brand only for the official workshop for standard quality.

β β β β β Masya Allah... Alhamdulillah biidznillah mekaniknya sangat telaten dan sangat teliti dlm menangani kendala kendaraan konsumen. Jujur, Rapi, Ramah, Baik hati, humoris, dan Masya Allah amanah sekali dlm bekerja... Loyalitasnya total banget... Meskipun bengkel ini tidak selengkap bengkel lainnya, tapi rasa tanggung jawab mekanik terhadap pekerjaannya masya allah sangaat tinggi. Semoga lelah para mekanik di bengkel ini menjadi ladang keberkahan tersendiri. Tetap sehat, bersyukur, semangat, dan sukses slalu semua...

β β β β β Saya pasang spakbor sama end grip asli dsini, pesen nunggu cukup lama datengnya. Pas dateng ehh... Partnya malah ada yg g kebeli. Jadi g bisa dipasang dan harus pesen dan nunggu partnya dateng lagi..
Mekaniknya ngga teliti buat beliin partnya, bahkan saya sampe cari sendiri di katalog yamaha dan nunjukin ke mereka. saya jadi harus bayar pemasangan 2x dan makan waktu yang lama banget buat pasang spakbor sma endgrip aja, udah gitu saya ngga denger sekalipun kata maaf dari mekanik atau staffnya pdhal itu kn salah mereka dan jadi ngerugiin saya.
Tempat tunggunya kecil dan kotor ada noda tumpahan kopi ngga dibersihin sampe lengket, jadi ngga nyaman nunggu servis.
I installed the original fenders and end grips here, the order took a long time to arrive. When it arrived, ehh... the parts didn't even buy. So I can't install it and have to order and wait for the parts to come again..
The mechanics weren't careful enough to buy the parts, I even looked up myself in the Yamaha catalog and showed them. So I had to pay for the installation twice and it took a really long time to install the high-end grip fender, that's how I didn't even hear the word sorry from the mechanic or his staff even though it was their fault and it hurt me.
The waiting area is small and dirty, there are coffee spill stains, it's not cleaned until it's sticky, so it's not comfortable waiting for service.

β β β β β Hari ini saya servis disini, gak tau mata saya yang jereng apa gimana tutup box filter jadi kusam beda warna sama part lainnya, padahal gak minta di semir si. akh.. gapapa mungkin emang perasaan saya aja, tempat nya bagus karyawan ramah baik semua rekomended pokoknya.
Today I'm servicing here, I don't know what my eyes are, how do I close the filter box so it's dull, the color is different from the other parts, even though I didn't ask for it to be polished. akh.. it's okay maybe it's just my feelings, the place is good, the employees are friendly, all recommended anyway.
