★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tv saya rusak mati total sudah hampir 1 bulan, dan saya TLP ke call center nya ga pernah di angkat, ke WA juga sangat2 slow respon malah terkadang tidaka respon. Padahal tiap harinya WA online. Pelayanan buruk
 My TV is completely dead, it has been almost a month, and my TLP to the call center has never been picked up, to WA it is also very slow response, sometimes even no response. Even though every day WA is online. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaa ampuun ini dlu tempat PKL saya dlu msh pake nama PT. TOSHIBA CONSUMER PRODUCT INDONESIA. Karyawannya semua baik, ramah, sabar ngebimbing anak PKL, freandly & kekeluargaan bgt bettaahh pokonya PKL di sini. Sempet ngelamar kerja di sini juga pas udh lulus SMK tapi malah ga kepanggil2 padahal udh menyertakan sertifikat PKL saya di CV dgn nilai tinggi pas PKL di sini tapi emg blom rejeki. Kangen dgn karyawan2 yg udh ngebantu & bimbing saya selama PKL. Kira2 apa kabarnya mereka semua ya skrg? Dulu PKL sekitar tahun 2005/2006 gitu klo ga salah deh pas kls 2 SMK. Ga nyangka malah dapet jodoh dari sini juga, mantan karyawan PT. TOSHIBA juga hehehe... Info donk di bulan Desember 2018 ini ada lowongan ga di PT. SKYWORTH?? Atau untuk di Januari tahun depan 2019?? Yang punya infonya mohon kasih tau ya buat sepupu dari Jawa.
Oh man, this was the place where my street vendors used to still use the name PT. TOSHIBA CONSUMER PRODUCT INDONESIA. The employees are all good, friendly, patient in guiding the street vendors, freandly & very family-friendly, the main thing is street vendors here. I even applied for a job here when I graduated from Vocational High School but didn't even get called even though I already included my PKL certificate in my CV with high marks when I was a street vendor here, but no luck. I miss the employees who have helped and guided me during street vendors. What do you think about them all now? In the past, street vendors were around 2005/2006, so if I'm not mistaken, it was in the 2nd grade of SMK. Didn't expect to get a mate from here too, a former employee of PT. TOSHIBA too hehehe... Donk info in December 2018 is there any vacancies at PT. SKYWORTH?? Or for January next year 2019?? If you have the info, please tell my cousin from Java.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan hanya menargetkan penjualan terus. Tapi kualitas NOL besar. Entah toshiba maupun coocaa produknya GAGAL. Awalnya dr pertama beli tv toshiba 32 baru 1 setengah tahun pembelian sudah mati total. Saya fikir kerusakan dr listrik rumah saya. Tapi setelah saya beli tv coocaa 43 inci baru 3 bulan sudah mati saya rasa produk dr perusahaan anda tidak layak jual. Customerservice pun tdk bisa dihubungi entah dengan alasan apa. Percuma mencantumkan no customerservis tp tidak melayani. Tlp melaui WA call center servis berkali2 hanya bilang tunggu dan tunggu konfirmasi dr pihak teknisi. Sampai saat ini hanya jadi bangkai.
Don't just target sales. But great ZERO quality. Either Toshiba or its products are FAILED. Initially, I first bought TV Toshiba 32, only 1 and a half years, the purchase was totally dead. I think of damage to my home's electricity. But after I bought a 43-inch TV coocaa just 3 months ago, I think the product from your company is not worth selling. Customerservice cannot be contacted for any reason. It is useless to include customer service numbers but not serve. Phone via WA service call centers repeatedly just wait and wait for confirmation from the technician. Until now it has only become a carcass.

Kwalitas barang buruk, cepat rusak, jadi sampah.
After sale service is bad, don't want to buy their products, cs can't be contacted.
Poor quality goods, quickly damaged, so trash.
