KPD PT Siantartop terhormat, tolong dong kalo bisa jgn terlalu memporsis karyawannya dalam bekerja, masa PT sebesar dan seMaju serta seTerkenal Siantar top memporsir kinerja karyawannya, kasian masa kerja smpe 12 jam dapet istirahat cuma 1jam, misal dari jam 7 pagi smpe jam 7 malem, yg ksian itu yg dapet jam 7 malem sampe jam 7 pagi, kasian lahh berdiri terus. Di bagi menjadi 3 shift aja kan mending, ini cuma 2 shift. Klo produk dan kualitas makanannya si oke banget,, mkshh
Dear PT Siantartop KPD, please if possible, don't overwork its employees at work, PT as big and as advanced and as famous as Siantar top monitors the performance of its employees, it's a shame that the working period is up to 12 hours, you only get 1 hour of rest, for example, from 7 am to 7 pm, The poor one is the one who gets it at 7 pm until 7 am, it's a shame to keep standing. Hrd, jgn muluk2 proses orang. Kandidat level staf menunggu interview sampai jam karyawan pulang. Mending diinterview hari itu, tnyata tidak. Alasannya krn meeting. Tidak bisa mengatur waktu. Pada saat interview ulang, menanyakan pertanyaan yg sama dan merendahkan gaji yg ditawarkan dr perusahaan. Padahal kandidat jg ga melulu berharap gaji tinggi yg penting nambah pengalaman. Padahal yg menginterview level kabag. Bertanya jg kurang humanis. Perbaikin sikap dn cara anda bertanya ke kandidat. Perlu di review lg sptnya jabatan level anda di perusahaan itu. Padahal masih orang baru disitu kayaknya. Krn blm pakai seragam. Ngakunya hr lu
