★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah.! Ini forwarder gak ada responsible sama sekali. Jalani shipment DDP bareng mereka, setalah kami selesaikan invoice local charges, malah ditinggal gitu aja. Dan seenaknya ganti term jadi DDU, dan tidak ada respon sama sekali setiap dihubungi. Kecewa banget dengan pelayanan customer servicenya, tidak sopan dan tidak punya etika. Perusahaan dengan reputasi seperti ini tidak pantas hire seseorang yang tidak punya etika kerja.
Severe.! This forwarder is not responsible at all. Do the DDP shipment with them, after we complete the local charges invoice, we just leave it like that. And arbitrarily changed the term to DDU, and there was no response at all when contacted. Very disappointed with the customer service, impolite and unethical. Companies with a reputation like this don't deserve to hire someone who doesn't have a work ethic.

Busettttt, the cashier's style is like a superstar... wow you're just a cashier, don't remember more, just a CASHIER..!!! no need to be squeamish. When asked nicely, the answer is loud.. is it so hard for us to ask for your PT account number...
Really unprofessional in serving customers....
