Beberapa hari kemudian kapal yg dijanjikan sudah berlayar dan saya meminta uang DP dikembalikan smpai saat ini belum dikembalikan

I was promised and confirmed to leave then asked for money for a down payment
A few days later the promised ship had sailed and I asked for the down payment to be returned so far it has not been returned
