★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya adalah alumni PT selamat sempurna Tbk. ADR kapuk khususnya . Pertama saya masuk masih menggunakan jasa yayasan yang mana sangat merugikan karyawan. Dan setelah ada demo barulah dihapus itu yayasan . Dulu masa kontrak maksimal 5th. Dan pas di akhir kontrak biasanya ada seleksi pengangkatan karyawan tetap .tapi pada waktu itu sedang tidak ada pengangkatan , jadi langsung out dah. Bilapun ada pengangkatan karyawan harus mengikuti seleksi yang sangat ketat. Sekian dari saya wassalam
