★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah test sbg admin purchasing di PT ini, lolos sampai tahap interview user bersama 2 orang lainnya.
Tp pas hari H interview user, kami udah nunggu ber jam² dan USER TIDAK DATANG. HRD bilang bakal di reschedule sampai berbulan² gak ada tuh info apapun, salah 1 teman saya bertanya by WA katanya tunggu aja. Gak gitu caranya bos kalo mau mempermainkan org, kita berasa kayak dikerjain emang dipikir ngerjain psikotest kreaplin disitu gak bikin pegel nyut²an? Kalo gak niat rekrut gak usah sok² an manggil?
I once tested as a purchasing admin at this PT, passed the user interview stage with 2 other people.
But on the D day of the user interview, we have been waiting for hours and the USER DOES NOT COME. HRD said it would be rescheduled for months, there wasn't any info, one of my friends asked by WA he said just wait. That's not how the boss wants to play games with people, we feel like we're being bullied. We think we're doing a creative psychological test there, it doesn't make us cramped up
