★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses pembangunan rumah yg sdh sy lunasi dr awal pembelian tdk ssuai dg target pd thn 2018, akad awal maksimal pembangunan 18bln namun realitanya dlm 2thn blm sama skali dibangun, akhrnya sy mnta refund dg target wktu yg sdh disepakati namun dlm surat refund tsb, mundur 1thn dana pengembaliannya dan smpai skrg dana refund blm dikembalikan, sdh berjalan 3 thn yg sia2.. bisnis properti pada PT Sarana Sakinah Utama ini sangat buruk, smua serba Janji Manis.. Kl dipikir2 ini investasi terburuk yg sy alami, Justru sy yg memberikan dana talangan utk properti yg mereka bangun di tempat lain.. sy cm khawtir apabila org2 tsb blm melunasi refund kpd org2 yg sdh dijanjikan namun usianya tdk panjang, gmn nnti pertanggungjawaban mereka di akhirat kelak yg meninggalkan hutang segitu banyaknya thdp clinet.. tlg difkirkan ya krna namanya umur tdk ada yg tahu.tks... and Just reminder
The process of building a house that I have paid off from the beginning of the purchase is not in accordance with the target in 2018, the initial contract is a maximum of 18 months of construction but the reality is that in 2 years it has not been built at all, in the end I asked for a refund with the agreed target time but in the refund letter, it was delayed by 1 year the refund and until now the refund has not been returned, it has been 3 years in vain.. the property business at PT Sarana Sakinah Utama is very bad, everything is full of sweet promises.. If you think about it, this is the worst investment that I have experienced, I was the one who gave the bailout for the property they built elsewhere.. I'm worried that the people haven't paid the refund to the people who have been promised but don't live long, how will they be held accountable in the afterlife who leaves so many debts to the clinet.. please think about it, because of the name age no one knows. tks... and Just a reminder
