★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those complaining about how long they was waiting for the free shuttle here, maybe because you are arriving at the rush hour. If you're going to use the park services here, call the contact center first, ask them about when the rush hour is, so you can come early without having to wait that long for the shuttle to arrives and take you to your destination. In my experience, my flight is at 5.55 a.m, and i ask them when is the rush hour, they said around 4 a.m and so on. So, i had to come around 2 or 3 a.m. Yeah, when i arriving in here, the shuttle are there and only pickup 2 person including me. I guess, you may complains anytime, but before you're going to here make sure you're well prepared and come early. That's it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used soewarna pakir inap, from 2019 dec. 28th 3 am to 1st 23:30pm, they charged 400k idr because of new regulation - increased rate starts 1st jan 2020.
A little difficult to find right place , because The location of Google map is not correct. Should set delta spa and can meet parking lot is on the other side of delta spa.
Should have waited abt 30-40min in terminal 1, called customer center three times, finally driver came to pick me up.
Driver is kind, but its system should be improved.
