Not a good place but the building is nice. This is where you look for a job, because here it is not an outsourcing company, but a work agency / job distributor consultant, staff at PT. Reeracoen Indonesia Cute and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ respon lama, reply paling cepat mungkin bisa 1 bulan ke depan, tergantung PIC nya sih. lebih parah lagi terkadang tidak di balas sama sekali.
Old response, the fastest reply might be 1 month ahead, depending on the PIC. even worse sometimes it is not replied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The year is 2020. Koleksi job listnya tergolong banyak. Tapi dibanding perusahaan konsultan lowongan perusahaan Jepang lainnya agennya terkesan terlalu sibuk. Tidak jarang mengabaikan detil pertanyaan, keesokan harinya cuma merespon bagian yang diminati agennya saja. Malah ada yang tidak dijawab. Apalagi kalau pencari kerja terkesan memilih lowongan kemungkinan besar tidak akan difollow kedepannya.
Dibanding beberapa agency lain tidak terasa membangun hubungan dengan klien untuk jangka panjang. Sementara saya sudah kenal akrab dan menjadi langganan dengan agen lain, tapi dari beberapa agen reeracoen yang pernah jadi partner saya tidak ada yang membekas namanya.
The year is 2020. The job list collection is quite large. But compared to other Japanese consulting firms, the agency seems too busy. Not infrequently ignoring the details of the question, the next day only responds to parts of interest of the agent. In fact, there are not answered. Especially if the jobseeker is impressed choosing the vacancy is most likely not to be followed in the future.
Compared to other agencies, it doesn't feel like building relationships with clients for the long term. While I already know each other well and become a subscriber with other agents, but from a number of reeracoen agents who have been my partners there is no trace of his name.
