★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah bgt. beli cash katanya di prioritaskan. 1 thn rumah ga jadi2. batal pembelian, minta uang dikembalikan. hampir 1 thn lg, uang jg blm di kembalikan. katanya mau di transfer, tp belum juga. bolak balik ke kantornya cuma di janji2in aja.
really bad. buy cash he said prioritized. 1 yr home doesn't work. cancel the purchase, request a refund. almost 1 year again, the money hasn't been returned yet. he wants to be transferred, but not yet. back and forth to his office just promised.

Sya tunggu 2 bulan, rmh msh thap pembangunan. Saya kmbli stlh 2 bulan malah rumah yg di janjikan itu sdh ada org ny , bener2 gda tanggung jawab ny , sampe skrg sya minta dana sya balik ga di proses2 .

Ditelpon gak diangkat, di SMS gak dibalas.
Seperti gak ada niat mau mengembalikan uang yang bukan haknya !

Uang ibu saya 88jt udh hampir setahun blm balik2. Pengembangnya nakal, penipuan sana sini, rumah enggak jadi2 tapi disuruh ngelunasin terus, tanahnya tanah sengketa, enggak jelas yg dibangun tanah punya orang!!! Kalau ditagih pengembalian uang selalu alasan terus dan malah galakan mereka. setiap kesana yg ditemuin orang kantornya ganti terus, kantornya juga pindah2, Ihhh pengembang abal abal gini amit amit dh.
