 It's not recommended and please don't apply at this pt. The desk call was asked instead, the company asked for CIMB Niaga telemarketing, which doesn't have gapok if it's chip target..

saya sudah resign per Februari 2022 kemarin, akan tetapi terkendala ketika akan mencairkan BPJS ketenagakerjaan karena ternyata iuran BPJS menunggak dan baru dibayarkan sampai perNovember 2021, dan sampai sekarang belum ada tindakan jelas.
Be careful for those who want to work in this outsourcing.
I resigned as of February 2022 yesterday, but I had problems with disbursing BPJS employment because it turned out that BPJS contributions were in arrears and had only been paid until November 2021, and until now there has been no clear action.

saya sudah resign per Maret 2022 kemarin, tetapi hak BPJS ternyata tidak dibayarkan dari Oktober 2021, padahal tiap bulan gaji sudah dipotong untuk pembayaran BPJS. Sehingga membuat jadi kendala ketika mau melanjutkan BPJS ditempat kerja baru, karena iurannya belom dibayarkan sebagaimana mestinya. Menanyakan iuran yg belom dibayarkan berasa kayak orang nagih utang, susah banget.

I resigned as of March 2022 yesterday, but BPJS rights have not been paid since October 2021, even though every month my salary has been deducted for BPJS payments. So that makes it an obstacle when you want to continue BPJS at a new work place, because the dues have not been paid properly. Asking for unpaid dues feels like someone collecting debt, it's really difficult.
