★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saran utk HRD, misal pelamar ada 10 org yg di panggil interview, jangan dijadwalkan di jam yg sama. Kasian harus nunggu berjam2 masih dipotong break pula. Masing2 org punya keperluan. sudah niat dtg interview on time, sampai sana nunggu berjam2, hasil belum tentu iya. Plz dech posisikan jadi pelamar. Bijaklah.
Suggestion For HRD, eg there are 10 applicants in the call org yg interview, do not be scheduled at the same hour. Poor I have to wait for hours and still still break. Each person has a need. had the intention of interviewing on time, until there waiting for hours, the results are not necessarily yes. Plz dech position to be applicants. Be wise.
