1. Clean and quiet progress. Some debris or construction material leftovers on the road but still ok.
2. Good construction standards applications.
3. Large scale project without interfering others'/sorroundings' activities very much.
Cons:
1. Scattered materials sometime slippery, especially when raining.
2. Construction trucks always take the right lane, causing a sluggish and obstructed traffic.
3. Unloading/material resupplying should be done only at midnight. Daytime unloading activities causing a very dusty and unpleasant air and sorroundings.
Hopefully would make Sentul City more valueable place. Not just valueable also beautiful and controlled traffic.
